Anybody here produce music?

Ok so who has some fire loops?

I’ve used Ableton and FL Studio, but I prefer Ableton. I had a really DIY setup while doing some producing. Had a basic 4 channel mixer for guitar/keys/synth into a scarlet audio in if I was recording the whole band, we used an electronic drum kit that was excessively dialed in with sound packs and MIDI modifications to fix the high hat and snare sounds/functions. I liked using my Machine Micro MK2 for my beat pad and controller, I could do a good amount of needed functions with that quickly. Kept my record player nearby for sampling fun too! I had a couple speakers, but we mostly had all this going to a headphone amp so we could all have headphones to listen to the master out of Ableton. Our neighbors were musicians as well and appreciated us keeping it quiet lol. I could live mix and master around people jamming.

Ableton is the way to go. It just takes much longer to learn.
