After a recent cicada emergence, I collected a bunch of the shed shells left on buildings and tree trunks. ground them up and had an awesome supply of chitin-rich insect shell meal!!! Easy to mix in or top-dress with

Rabbit poo is fantastic!! Put it in the worm bin or compost pile or directly in the garden. Top dress or bury it. I buried some with ground up (water maple) leaves (in the fall) and had some of the healthiest plants I’ve ever had the pleasure of growing that next year.
