Anyone recognize these holes ? (Insect?)

Hi! I’m growing in peat and I have a loupe (60x) and haven’t found anything on the back or front of the leaves.

These are two different plants with same type of hole. I’ve only seen these ones, I don’t see more on the plant or on others (yet)

Any ideas ? Or what more info should I provide ?

One could be chalked up to mechanical damage but two very similar wounds?
I’d be having a very close look at all the plants because you might have company in there.
