Hi everyone. I grew all of these outside in Tucson the other year, regular and feminized seeds from Greenpoint. No auto flowers. AZ can be tough outdoors because of the dryness, and some seeds (Lemon varieties) got sun burn and needed shade until September. Some plants did just fine in full sun every day though. I did have a 60% shade cloth that I used for the afternoons for most of them during the summer to reduce possible sunburn.
Tips for newbies in AZ, keep your plants near some wall or support, those winds can really knock them over or break them. I was on 3.5 acres of open desert and those winds come out of nowhere. I used white grow bags to keep the roots cool. Once my plants got big enough I was watering them daily with a hose.
About drying before curing, I hung the entire plant upside down in a light proof room to dry them slowly, took about a week per plant. And for the humidity during drying I used a pan of water with a small fan blowing on it. I adjusted the fan daily for about a week until it was just right.
All these pics were taken on the actual harvest day of that strain.
