You may indeed. 2 Blue Cookies and 1 Afghani. This weekend they get the chop. Hopefully. The Afghani appears a tad more doner than the B/C. Go check out my grow log. Not as good as the other guys around here but adequate. Its called
BigMike55’s Ongoing Cannabis Log. Its fairly short. I will be starting another grow right after harvest. Already have my plants picked out. Going to try to squeeze 4 White Widow from seed. And 2 clones from my Blue Cookies.

Those are some of the craziest colors. Very cool. Is that cold triggered?
It won’t do it as well with just cold. I turn the fans on low and heat stress them with the warmth of the LEDs a few hours a day. Temps range from 40-80 but if the high in the room is 80 then the low would 58 or so. 25 degree swings nothing too drastic. But yes the heat with the cold seems to be the trigger.
My Motivational speech every morning to myself:
“Surely being a world-class dildo splinter must be fun and all but there has to be something else you excel at. Identify what you’re passionate about and then fuck off in that general direction. Lose yourself in something that will both ensure you don’t run into anyone who’s politely asked you to fuck off and that you truly enjoy on a personal level. When attempting to narrow down your choices just take out a preprinted checklist of interests, a permanent marker and remember that no one wants you around.”
This is what happens with some Afghan strains… due to big differences in temperature, the chitral indigenous strains get heat during the day and very cold nights. So they say
The same conditons were used to grow lefthands Afgani and they did not turn purple but I do not believe they were from the same region that you mentioned so its definitely been grinded into those chitral varieties genes. I did get some red hues from one of final breeding results though. Lefty used cherry queen in order to produce a male from his LD that would suitable for the afgan phenos I got from him. I am curious to see what he does the the seeds I sent him… and if they have the red hues seen in the final result i posted here last year.
Don’t know how much difference there is but I’m think way bigger as in those mountains they reach freezing temps at night and hot days. I guess it really boils down to that. Lovely plants you have there
Could try and grow them in a fridge so when dark period comes in, boom on with the cold air
I no longer have either of the cuts.
