Bar Lights For 2x4?

Hi y’all

I’m in the market to upgrade my lights and I want a bar style but they don’t seem to make them for 2x4s.

I really don’t want to buy more boards if they’re hitting the dustbin of progress.

Anyone know anyone who is selling bars for a 2x4?

I’ve checked the usual suspects…

Neat light but it’s only a 2x3 bloom which seems like a weird size.

If I have to live with my current gear no big deal but, you know, I wanna new one.

Looks like a neat light but $1000 bucks for a 2x4 is pretty steep.

I just don’t wanna buy boards or break the bank. I’ve already got boards and have already broken the bank :joy:

I have their x6 600w and it’s a great light. One word of caution it’s heavy!!! OK maybe that’s 2 words.

I can second that. Had my solstrips going on 4 years now and they are still as strong as the first day I plugged them in. :v:

Kinda pricey.

Kingbrite has a few bar options too.

Not a bar light, but look into ViparSpectra XS4000. It’s perfect for your space. And the test results on https://www.cocoforcannabis.com/ speak for themselves.

I have only run a 2x4 once and used a Mars Hydro SP3000. It’s long and narrow. In effect a bar light. But one bar. I can tell you this. I would not hesitate to get this style of light over a flat panel style for sure.

That ultra is too much for a 2x4, and that is an led for a 4x4 area, the have cheaper smaller options, plus almost everyone is using same diodes and drivers, just go with one with good quality parts and build, you will getfor what you pay for, if wanna go sure with your investment the go with lab tested equipment you know what you getting, Cheers and Happy Growing :leaves:
