Basement Gardens grow room

Droppin’ in late, as always…

Nice grow(s) BG. Sucks about the PM. Ever think about adding a dehumidifier in the mix for humidity control? (all of the VPD fanboys collectively gasp…LOL)

I run one in my dome greenhouse and have run one in my tent in Wintertime in a cool/cold garage environment. (brutal condensation) Set @40-45% no mold or mildew will grow. >Stop it before it starts<. Just a thought.

Yikes on the pupper… glad it all worked out OK.

There are a few “I think it is a “ in there, any day now. These are happy plants, I gave them a nice look over today. A few distinct types in there and I noticed a strong musk funk in the air the past week or so when I was near them. I checked a few and no dice, I mean they smell fine but not that strong musk stink I had noticed. I knew it was in there, so as I went through each today I had a “Stink off” and found there to be one true stinkiest of them all.

Stink off champion:

Grain of salt just into flower, of course. The rest of the crew:

Oof, poor Claude, I am glad he is ok - like you have said, it isn’t easy getting older, I am glad he is taking it in stride like the rest of us!

As long as I am talking to you, I made the decision on a few things to try, one of your packs out of quite a few I have now. Can’t say why, but this one speaks to me.

Next up

Thanks for the nice words, glad you are here. Yes, 100% - I had been running one mostly (and there is the catch) but I could not run that and AC at the same time for a couple of weeks there. I had since remedied that with a wiring change, but it did get high for sure at times.

The other thing, just to close out that PM story is I had a plant outdoors - yes, weed plant - and it was right outside my air intake spot. I removed it and didn’t think much of it, I only recently pieced it together. No more outdoors for me here. Thanks for the good advice, cheers.

Pugs make you smile every time!
A strong stink in veg is definitely a good sign but flowering will sort things out for you. Sound like you’re in for some foul Chemness!
:v::grin:

Oh wow! It is just gone! You don’t have any idea what happened? Poor guy, they sure are resilient, and instinct usually has them doing a good job of disguising it when they hurt. I am really glad to see him seeming to do just fine. Give him an ear scratch for me! He is adorable

Rosie noticed the dryer balls for the first time :joy:. I love the New Game Discovered moment.

Flowers are good, lights were a little low in the quiver and bb milk tent, so I popped them up, still no clear gender showing.

Cobras:

And I am very excited about the BB Milk F2, in particular how the fans are looking cool.

And @jaws 6/6 blackberry meds popped and they’ve all got nice tails - I believe I am something like 50/50 seeds of yours and they always have nice tail vigor. All the bad dawg popped too, the badgers batch are tiny seeds, that aren’t my favorite but I will raise a few, and lastly the lambsbread seeds aren’t budging yet.

Cheers OG

So much goings on!

My bunch of blueberry milk F2s that started as a germ test then became a “let us see what is in these” and then a “maybe F3 if I find a boy that matches what I am after” has become a long term test. I just didn’t get the setup I had thought I would have.

I am seeing mostly boys - 11/13.

I separated them into 3 major groups - kept my favorite of each type, plus an outlier (lil shrubbery). The sacs are coming hot and heavy, and I am currently pollen-averse as my PM spell has hit my supply. So I have documented what I have here and rather than take clones, realize I have this in my fridge

so I am going to axe them all and do it again but with 50 or so beans. Also, neither of the girls had the sweet smell their Mom had. I am intrigued by the variety I see, and quite excited to explore further as my next thing. Good bye for now, blueberry milk.

Well, not really, I still have 4 clones of my desired plant here at 15 days flower.

and the fem crew looks nice!

and my current favorite, a six-pack of cool Cobra lips crosses. Thanks for these @Budderton :muscle:

Neat saw blades on them.

my favorite

Most robust

and some babies

here are about 5 each of blackberry cookies (jaws), lambsbread, and spirit fighter (bad dawg)

Phew, cheers!

The garden is thriving! Bummer you didn’t get lucky with that first round of your F2s - I’m sure you will find what you’re looking for with another crack at it. Cheers!

Your babies have got a lot of character and it shines through in your pics!
And that’s a sweet 6 pack you’ve got going. Handsomely structured plants that look like they’ll hold a decent cola! I hope they stink up the place!(in a foul Chemness, good kinda way )
Best of luck with your new starts and on your hunt through the Blueberry Milk!

Bummer you didn’t find what you’re looking for… I don’t know that I’d have the heart to take down that many females without giving them a chance to bud out, lol. Definitely a bonus you have more seeds to rip through, that turns into a wicked pheno hunt right quick :metal:

Your pups are too cute :heart:

They are both at such a cute age, I am glad you can see the pure joy these two are always projecting, they are all love.

I have moved the blackberry cookies by @JAWS up to sexing pots in front there. The others are the lambsbread from manymanyspliffs and a bad dawg freebie called Spirit Fighter.

Bad - well, not bad but darn it 2 more S1s showed balls and I didn’t catch either in time. So that tent will be a bit seedy- but based on hairs turning, it looks minimal all things considered.

Blueberry milk looks great, I love this one, I find her so pretty.

Finally, the real stars of the show at the moment, the cobra crosses by @Budderton.

Happy weekend!

I agree. Laying down a nice field of trichs for how early in flower they are.
The Cobra Quiver are looking strong and ready to carry heavy colas. Looking forward to the show!
And the Pugs continue to be cute as hell! Split a pupperoni between them from me!

Yeah, they are nice and sturdy, but definitely allowed those tops to stretch up a bit too - I never top carefully at all, sometimes they just take a nice bushy shape on their own - these are all doing that.

I see 3 general types, at this point, all of them pretty cool. Thanks again :green_heart:

It’s my pleasure! Thanks for taking them for a test ride!
I used a mix of 4 male Cobra Lips f1s on 1 or 2 Wolf Pack female f1s to make the Cobra Quivers. And then I F2ed them so there’ll be a fair bit of variation as the phenos separate into the different bits that went into the initial crosses. I hope you get some good ones!
