Any idea we’re fine till I put them outside. They were on window sill for a week out of the tent

Was it in the direct sun for too long to start?

Definitely looks light bleached

This looks like sun burn. Gotta harden your plants when moving them outside.

So when putting plants outside, direct sun is too intense at first. Start in the shade and gradually let them get more sun. Its called hardening off.
Once they get used to full sun, they will take off and grow like crazy and you will be happy. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Yes I hardend off in room on window sill than out side

Will they come back or should I start new ones

What type of light where they grown under? When you harden some older leaves may still bleach , new growth should be fine. Also if you look at forecast look for an overcast rainy day or two in a row and plant seems to help mine adjust.
