Google: stl stereolithography.
It is basically a solid 3d file that can be 3d printed.
Lithography is a planographic printmaking process in which a design is drawn onto a flat stone (or prepared metal plate, usually zinc or aluminum) and affixed by means of a chemical reaction .
so printing layer by layer in 3d instead of a flat image. I think that is where the “stereo” park comes in. To explain it is a 3d object.
.obj is also like it and is literally an object file.
@LemonadeJoe I believe is going to allow for me to post my 3d inventions and ask for donations to OG on an honorary basis. Once I know the compleat conditions of this agreement I will start posting things as I think they are ready for consumption.
I would imagine some growers are also 3d printer hobbyist, so maybe those can print for the ones who can not. I really do not have the personal time to do it, but I do have more than enough 3d printers if I decided to.
I would appreciate veterans getting a near free 3d printing service. Maybe @LemonadeJoe can create a vetting process for veterans. Many people lie and fly what is called a “False Flag”. Even some veterans do this to embellish their military careers. For example, I never went to war, but I did enlist and serve during a war. there is a huge difference and not even a veteran is allowed to embellish that part.
I am not sure what reality show it was, but I think it was on food network several years ago where a veteran was on the show and said he saw combat. Well, he never did. They made him apologize on air. Those veterans make it more difficult for the rest of us. I think go to the army or go to jail is still a thing that nobody talks about, but then the military is littered with criminals. Fathers also tell their sons they can not work in the family business or get any inheritance until they honerably serve. Those guys are a special kinda spoiled. Watch Sgt. Bilko with Steve Martin. maybe not that bad, but bad. That is without Halliburton and other contractors soaking the taxpayers. I tired helping to fix it, but that is impossible in our government.
Claiming veteran is a serious transaction. One should not lie about such things. I have been dealing with some V.A. Abuse, so I have not been accomplishing much. watching tv is even hard.
