i was thinking Colorado Springs, but a big ranch south of there. I think im going to put my place up for sale today. When it sales, I’m headed to colorado. Find me a cple acres , plant my rv. build a green house, call it “home sweet home”

can one afford to wait, getting busted in this crooked County with a joint will cost more than the move out.

For us, it was all about the cost of living. When we moved, we took over a year driving around the country. We went from paying 6 grand a year in taxes, on 2 acres and a 1976 Holly park trailer, to 10 acres, a 5000 square foot house, and 900 a year in taxes. Being able to live decent was our top priority, not state legal weed.
I also got a nice pay raise…and they say you get paid more up north…haha

Estes Park, CO. Beautiful little mountain town

Colorado Springs is nice, growing fast, one of the sunniest places in the continental United States. Both in Denver and Colorado Springs the snow comes, then melts pretty fast. Can play golf 12 months a year in both places. As for mountain towns, the Carbondale area is pretty nice. My brother’s in-laws have multiple ranches in the area, and you are close to Interstate 70, but a ways from bigger city conveniences ( which works for me). My favorite places in CO are near ski resorts…

my parents took the family there for a 2 week vacation when i was bout 7 r 8. I saw 1 person fall or jump off a bridge in a waterfall and never come up. 1 kid fell down a creek bank 10 feet into a rushing creek and my brother almost drowned diving off a diving board into to deep of water for him. best vacation EVER!

thats kinda what i was thinking, C.S. Maybe just north of CS. Not to for tho, in the country, just outside the city. College town, army town, tourist town. $$ Town yr round. i can feel a little heat from Texas, but go up the mountian anytime for change of scenery. what does oak fire wood go for up there. good BBQ WOOD???
Maybe i should bring a load with me.
