Best strains for adhd and anxiety?

Hello I’ve been struggling with adhd my whole life and now anxiety, my husband grows and has a lot of seeds but we have been struggling to learn what’s best for ppl like me. it would be so appreciated to be given advice on best strains from your experience so we can start growing it right away. I have googled best strains there is way too many offered with great reviews and I’ve tried some but they made my anxiety worse and didn’t really help with adhd.
