Blissful Wizard & Wedding Cake , lets see what they are about

Hi bro I use a ppm chart and if I stay in the parameters I normally don’t burn them went I push the nutes up

Hopefully this helps

I took night off wow this thread moves quickly

Nice chart paps : )
With forward growing ie pushing the right elements at the right times , I would stick with the Sativa guide for everything as a base line : ) easier to adjust up if needed ( slightly hungry ) than to have to adjust down ( over fed )
The Sativa guide is pretty much the base line I use in general bar in full flower I rarely go over 750-800 ppm max )
Bearing in mind tho my grow envioment is on the dryer side till mid flower , only then does it reach 50-60rh

I tend to run on the lighter side You’re absolutely correct it’s easier to fix a plant is underfed the picture plant that’s overfed I ran into that problem with Frankie this time she likes her nutrients strong but I gave the same nutrients mix to Strawberry razzmatazz and really screwed her up Took a while to straighten her out but she’s fine now

I have NOT checked PPM, PH, or any other parameter other than lunmens in near 10 years.
@ifish opened my eyes to watching the plants, they tell me if they need anything. I MUCH prefer running by ear and eye to being a slave to meters that never work right or long, and mixing this n that. Nope, not my style. With my Octo’s, as @Papalag and many others know, most of the plants needs are taken care of by the pots themselves. I supply right nutes n lights, then get out of the way and LITFA @ShiskaberrySavior , Octo’s do the rest.

I pushed last run cause i hadnt had one in years, and was just antszy. Problem is when you push hard, and i pushed hard, issues dont become real apperant until it is severe, and by then damage (cosmetic if caught early nuff, which i did) is already done, and will get worse for 2 weeks no matter what ya do.

So, live n learn i always say.

WC MAC and BW will be run this run light, not be pushed, see if i can throw down a beauty contest. LAst run in the big tent was a yield contest, we won, lol, this run looking for “pretty” . Got my Grove’s filled , can play now.

Blissful Wizard was about destroyed in the mite war. My spraying doing more of the damage than the mites i think. I do not have the paitence to sit n “shave” buds and remove burnt shit off a whole plant. Just dont, lol. The whole plant has been in a 10 gallon tote since its 15 day hang, waiting for me to figure out what to do with it. Tried a sample after the hang dry, was super potent, but tasted n smelled “wierd” . Had lots of taste, but it was funky to me. Might be in my mind how many times i sprayed her, but always washed off and only used organic . Did a long post harvest pre hang dry wash too.

Well while i was at work today, Vicki my friend came over to play with my dogs and walk them. She had the day off. She sat and watched Top Gear episodes for 3 hours and trimmed 4 ounces of Bud from that plant! Put them in Grove bags for me, set humidity @60 …she is learning, lol.

I am going on a couple trips in next 2 day’s, doing “good deeds” , lol, paying back same done to me . Got all that set and decided to give Blissful Wizard another try.

It looked good. She trimmed it well, see no “damage” on Buds. They are dense and amazingly sort of sticky. Looks top shelf anyways.

The high is there. It is plenty potent. It burns well, clean ash, broke up “gummy” in my grinder, rolled easily like good weed tends to. High comes quick, in my head, some body, but it’s very peaceful, remember that from 1st time i smoked her. Very happy smiley type of high. Light, not heavy, but clean n bright. Like the high.

The taste is just, just, Hell, i dont know what it is, just FUNKY! Cannot even describe it, but i dont like it. I dont hate it, but certainly wouldnt roll one of these from MY collection to impress someone on flavor/smell/taste., lol!

Smell is funky too, cant put a handle on it however.

Thinking i got 4 ounces of strong Bud i dont like smoking, lol. I mean i like the high, it’s potent, but it lacks in flavor n taste. . Gotta assume it was the poor grower who grew her, not the plant :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Bigger issue is i got 4 big cuts of her in Tent 1 a week away from going into flower :hear_no_evil:

IF IT WAS NOT grower error, and finished out proper this Bud turns out tasting like this Bud…ill have 2 pounds of shit i dont want to smoke…how nice…Ive had worse problems

Couldnt sleep last night, had a one man Bud challenge. Tween Mac 1 and Wedding Cake, my new fav’s of the new stuff.

Taste: WC …Mac tasty tasty, just like WC a tiny bit better.
Expansion : Mac1…WC expansive too, but not as much as # 1
Flavor: 51 to 49 in favor of WC , and i love the Taste of the Mac, so both win here
Power: HMMMMM Mac 1 ramps up more you hit her, WC whacks out of the gate can get stupid high on the Mac, but it’s not what id call “functional” . I mean I can function, as a 40 year stoner, but barely. It makes me spastic and confused. WC is a velvet hammer. Slows me down on 1 hit. 4 hits im laying on the couch smiling and CHILL. Both are superb Bud , if i had to pick just one, it would be WC could smoke her more places and you’d be bettter off on her than Mac in a LOT of places, lol.

I really like both, and growing both again in Tent 1 a week out from the flip. BOTH of these ladies were in same tent as the Blissful was. Mac was as much if not more hammered than the Bliss was. She was just fubar’d up. STILL produced good bud. The WC took it best, was hammered, but threw down nice firm pretty buds , 2 times what the Mac did.

If both of these ladies produced really nice Buds taken at 6 weeks and mite eaten and bug sprayed to death, i think a clean full 10 week run will produce the best Bud i have ever personally grown.

I would reco both of these, from the original cut’s i mean. Are mine the real deals? I KNOW Mac is 100% . I cannot say that about the WC, but believe it to be so. If not, she is an exceptional pheno of whatever she is.

The BW might be a good hash candidate if the taste is off. Or edible material .

I think it was the poor growing of her. Her look and colors before the mites took over was impressive, so is her growth. This run will tell me, hope im guessing right .

When I got Frankie she brought trips in to the room I got over zealous with the neem oil and the captain jacks dead bug

Neem was way too strong of a mix and sprayed way to often
Damn near killed everything in the room
Barely managed to save Frankie and I almost scraped everything

I hate those little buggers

GREAT…i just took the dome off the Frankie cuts, how wonderful. Win the war with the mites, HOPE TO GOD my Frankie’s are clean…ARGH>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>guess im washing unrooted cuts again today.

On a better note, about to go outside and take down the males from the Love Greenhouse . Ill get pics of the ladies see if i can tell if they are knocked up or not.

These poly’s (all of them are) usually dont breed well, lets hope some of the 6 ladies got seeded. Least i should have a bunch of OGAH F2’s

REALLY want to run Mac X Haze, WC X Haze, and Cereal Milk X Haze…hope it worked, about to find out

Should have seeds in all but that MAC1. That MAC1 is polyloid and makes very few seeds if any.

Azamax cleared up all my spider mites in two sprays and a soil drench. Haven’t seen a single live anything in there in almost two weeks now.

Going to get some today, read about using it with Dr. Zymes, which im already using.

Just pulled the males, saw some “funky” leaf’s, pulled a few checking for mites right now. Then ill go hose the ladies real well, then get some pictures close up.

Think YOU can tell from good closeup pics??? Dont really want to do digging, want it to be a surprise.

Figure i will take them Christmas morning, be cool! That would give them well over 6 weeks seed making, should be well done by them.

MY DREAM would be to open greenhouse Xmas morn, see seeds on the floor, lol!

EXACTLY what happened here, so when you try the two, remember what they went through, cut them some slack , lol :sunglasses:

Dr Zymes seems to work the best of all i have tried. DOES NOT hurt the plants, easy to use, appears to be working too. . Dude who breeds the Romulan strain claims Azamax and Dr. Zymes will CLEAR mite infections. He says he introduces mites to his grows tocheck stability, then uses Azamax and Dr. Zymes to clear the rooms.

Dr. is working, so gonna go get Azamax and do Dr. Zymes 3 times a week, and Azamax 1 time per week. Will continue until i flip Tent 1. NOT going into flower with mites again, just NOT!

@HolyAngel

Did your ogah turn out female???

BTW…the largesrt male OGAH in the love Greenhouse was wrapped around the top of the Greenhouse. Pulled him out and layed him in the yard, 9 foot 4 inch’s!!! Got covered in pollen as he was still dropping, the other 2 were not and looking like they were dying. He got EVERYONE in there that was receptive. He looked really really nice, and smelled good too. Hope i get seeds

COOL, no living mites in Greenhouse! Plenty of dead ones and dead eggs, saw no one moving

No it turned out male. I’m currently waiting on clones to hopefully root here…
