@G-paS what a bummer, so sorry to hear but good of you to Shepard those males through till the end
Dang! Sorry to hear that! Keep pressing on!
I followed some advice here and went with a sealed gasketed sterlite box with dessicant for drying pollen. A pollen box is nice too. I plucked off male flowers right as they were opening or just before, dried them in the sealed box, sifted pollen out with the pollen box, back with dessicant for the pollen to dry more. So far I’ve had good success. Sorry, I’d give credit to the method, but I can’t recall the thread.
looks really nice great job for sure
Last Sunday after repotting… some were a little root-bound.
Today
Number 1 & 2 last week
Today
They seem to be loving the new conditions, I might top them soon as they get a little more acclimated.
Looking great guys
If anybody takes clones of there ladies and know how to ship them can you hit me up when you get them please.
@G-paS, here’s a thought. I have a separate goji og that I am keeping as a mother plant that I got as a clone some months back from another user on here. I wonder if @The_Lazy_Hippie thinks it would be acceptable to send you cuttings from this other mother to use for this project. I received the clone from @Vagabond_Windy
If that’s not a workable option, I’d also be willing to send cuttings/clones once the babies get bigger. Just thinking this would buy us some time since it’s a known female and big enough to cut up right now.
That would be awesome! What ever @The_Lazy_Hippie would prefer.
I would cover shipping for what he wants and people will ship. I have a Canadian willing to help out.
I’m getting my cloner setup ready as well
I was going too light on my feed and started seeing some defeciencys but got that all sorted out.
Humidity is a bit on the low side but they will be alright
Moved my 10 healthy ones to the 4x4 yesterday. They seemed to adjust to the cmh well! Topped all this morning to get some side branches going for clones. And also runt no 11 is doing well and growing, but is about 2 weeks behind the rest.
Hey All, sorry I missed my update last week! @G-paS Sorry to hear about the incident… that’s a heartbreaker. Would be more than happy to send clones eventually.
Personally, I had a little hiccup as well. When I set up the UV light to blast the flowering side of my tent I forgot to turn on the exhaust fan and the Ozone it emits burnt the leaves of the plants.
Fear not my fellow Goji OG enthusiasts! It’s been a good, rebounding week and they’re all nestled in now and starting to show some really vigorous growth. Planning on topping them in the next fews days for clones.

Well done bro
That is awesome
Dude, our setups look shockingly similar!
Oh ya? Nice! Ya I’m working with a 4x4 but it’s a ‘multi room’ tent so theres a small space for vegging and propagation. The main flowering space its a little under 3x3, which is why I can’t let these plants get too big! lol
yea, im in a 3x3 currently but just the looks of everything from the fabric pots to the sticky trap stakes, to the plant risers, just looks very similar to my space
Ya man for sure. I’ve been trying to find a square wire rack or something for the bottom but it’s proven difficult to find.
Ok question for the community. I need some advice on how to proceed with the males. Once I take cuts off these plants I will no longer have any room to separate the males. Ideally I would like to separate them so that I can collect all the pollen and mix it together before pollination. I also want to be able to send some pollen around to the community and I just think that separating the males will give the best chance for genetic variability, meaning I don’t want just one or two males to dominate the genepool.
I’m planning on creating a little space away from the tent room to have the males live until they start dropping. I’ve seen that you can use cheap CFL lights to grow plants but I’ve never tried it. I’m planning on buying these:
Any advice would be appreciated.
