Bodhi supposedly gave clones to some places awhile ago, before they had seeds of it for sale. Just what I heard.
Strain: Pura Vida Plant Type: Hybrid (indica dominant) Genetics: Hollywood Pure Kush x Appalachia Breeder: Bodhi Seeds Cut: Clone only Flowering Time: 9-10 weeks Height: Tall Yield: Average Potency: 26-30% Grow Difficulty: Medium
Pura Vida is an incredibly rare strain, adored by cannabis connoisseurs for its high concentrate yield. From breeder Bodhi Seeds, Pure Vida is indica-dominant, coming in at 70% indica, 30% sativa.
Pura Vida is a heavy THC strain full of an Afghani Kush terpene profile. Both beta and alpha pinene have a strong presence in this strain. The green-pine smell of beta pinene is pungent while the user will feel the effects that alpha pinene bring; anticancer, anti-inflammatory antibiotic and increased alertness. The feeling of euphoria will take over you to create a sense of calming, creativity, numbness, appetite gain and pain relief. A heavy terpene count and THC levels provide numbing when consumed.
THCs levels test around 26% which is explained by the dense coating of trichomes. The smell is strong and potent with an earthy, pine scent that also has hints of skunk and citrus fruit. Appalachia is detected by the chemy skunkiness and LA Pure Kush has more of an aroma with powerful cannabinoids throughout. During the growing process the plant will increase in that skunk and lemony aroma. Pura Vida is perfect for hand-drying and slow curing because of the medium sized colas that spiral up the branches when growing.
During the beginning, middle or end of October flowering will start to occur for plants that are grown indoors. Pura Vida can also be grown outdoors and produce the same quality flower. It is recommended to use soil The buds from the plant already look nicely trimmed, therefore little trimming will be needed on the final result. A medium yield is expected from this strain. Trichomes cover the dense, medium-green finished buds.
Yea, I’m curious too:) I ran my tent on the cool / cold side of things. I wonder if that plays a role, things do tend to stay smaller and grow slower in cooler temps in general I suppose.
