Thanks everyone! I woke up, made my espresso(s), and then went downstairs to look at the jar again to make sure last night wasn’t a dream!.

The jar is still there and I shook it and it still made no noise from being so packed… so this is real, it did happen!

I have a desiccant pack slammed in the middle of the mass folks to ensure no fuckery as the beans are in a sealed jar. I usually let them sit in a box that has venting lids but it’s winter and last time I did that in the basement in the winter a smol found and ated 1/4 of my bounty!

So i’m ocding with the mason jar until I get a larger container for more air in there.
