Don’t say that. Slow and steady won at least 1 race… only at the 24 hour point… and there is peroxide in the soak water, so they have at least another 24 in the shot glass before I think about moving them to paper towels. Plus I still have four more of them to drop if needed.
Of them all the THSeeds you sent were the most uniform and uniformly perfect seeds…
The reason the BOGglegum got 2ed, and the FDM Indiana Bubblegum 3ed, is the BOGglegum was 5/5 late last night before bed, while the FDM Indiana Bubblegum took until this morning to go 6/6. Had they finished at the same time the FDM would have won by virtue of having more seeds in its lot and therefore more chances for a bean to fail.
That’s what I hear. At this point I don’t know if they are gonna pop or not. I am excited to see them grow, and want them in this mix, but on the other hand 24 plants is that much easier to manage than 30. But I am keeping my fingers crossed that they are just taking their time getting started…
Don’t know how I missed this epic journey! Mind if an old Fart tags along? I don’t eat much but I do fart a lot and smoke pot like it’s going out of style.
Lots of sprouts emerging from the soil. I did not have time to count each team. I will try to get to that tonight along with a picture.
Not surprisingly giver their speed out of the gate, but the CSI’s also won the emergence leg of this. Even last night they were already 4/4 above soil! Also, thus far, there are no issues with the sprouts failing to escape their shells.
Sadly there has been no additional action among the seeds that have not yet germinated. I will probably drop replacements at the 7 day point to give the original group every opportunity to germinate… if I can resist for that long!
I’m looking forward to this. I just got a pack of the CSI bubblegum S1. Curious to see how the phenos look.
I’m planning to cross them with @anon4675195 — going to use one of the autoflower lines to see what we get. Maybe a fast flowering F1 and something autoflowering eventually.
