Buffering Coco

Yeah, I cut out Cal Mag and started using Diamond K Gypsum. Every other feeding currently at 3/4 tsp per gallon. Right into my nutrients. Best growing choice I made in awhile.

That’s what I’d heard about coco and then on here it seems numerous people use coco long term in beds and whatnot. Has me super intrigued.

Gypsum is great. Have a 50lb bag in the garage.

I reuse mine. 3 seasons now. I top it off with some fresh coco about 10%

I’m sold on it. I started using it a month ago. My shit greened up immediately. Knocks that CEC out of the park.

I’m trying these bricks. Interested to see if it’s a mix of pith and fiber.

Any Mother Earth product is top notch. I use their bat guano.

The only reason I chose Nutrifield was because it’s pre-rinsed and buffered. Admittedly, it’s a little bit of elbow work to hydrate and fluff.

That’s exactly why I use the bags of loose. :100: Don’t have to mess with it.

Even though our state is legal, I still can’t get past that paranoia. The bricks come in discrete boxes. Maybe the bags do too. We don’t have any hydro stores nearby, and neither Home Depot nor Lowes sell it here

That brand comes in bags ready to use too.
