Promix connect treated clones vs untreated, 2 weeks later.

Top 2 pics the plants on the left were treated ones on right nothing. Bottom pic in tub has treated on right untreated left.

Thereā€™s subtle differences with the plants now, as per the Promix connect comparison. It looks like the bushiness varies between the plants and in the second instance it looks as if the treated plant stretched a bit. Not really too much difference, like there was the first week. I had to cull the other 2 plants, so just these for my bro-science test lol The 2 in the tub will be iteresting to see if they get along or battle each other lol.

Gave away a few clones that were bloom ready. I asked them, if they grew indoorsā€¦nopeā€¦asked them to go on internetā€¦no internetā€¦ explain cloning in 30 seconds in grocery store parking lotā€¦and 18/6ā€¦OK nowā€¦its legal to grow/exchange/smoke/trade here nowā€¦Iā€™m sorry Blood Diamonds, and Traverse Cherries, your twin sisters will remember you, and they thank you for your sacrifice, as they have more ā€˜elbow roomā€™ nowā€¦ I think Iā€™m just gonna start giving out pre-rolls instead, just sharing the love LMAO. OR give a small instruction sheet on ā€˜ghetto clonersā€™ with a link to OGā€¦Iā€™m getting a grip on the DIY LED guys frustration with peeps desire NOT to learnā€¦hats off to all teachers, is appropriate ATMā€¦Cheers

Little update, bloom room at week 9 to wk 1 lol. Going west for a week, Ima gonna leave them all in for extra time, the 2 in the bac and the little Sour Strawberry will end up at 75 days or so, when I return.

Just pulled her Lemon Wookie last week, did pretty well, drying atmā€¦ fuelly citrus bouquet. Group shot
I was mentioning @anon93244739 the crosses made from Mac f2 having some real stinkers (not in a good smell way) here is the leaf (mutation) on the buds, which appear as if they are light burned. The leaves in the bud get an enlarged and 'velvety look to them with scraggly ropey buds. I have seen light burn do this and high temps, but these 2 donā€™t have that issueā€¦theres a normal bud of grape pie x mac f2 for comparison, on the bottom pic and was closest to the lights.

Hooweeā€¦ That looks like Canada for sure haha! Gorgeous, though.

Howā€™d you get those plants to finish up like that outdoors? Were you doing light dep or something?

LOL they were grown inside, in the cave. I just took them outside for a pic before chopping, as my room has a mix of led and hid which completely fucks with my camera, and heightens the crappiness of my photo skills. We just got back from the Rockies, and I had 5 plants ready for chop. I kinda flipped picture sequence, I live in beautiful Ontario, but our country is amazing, we had to use flight vouchers from last year (covid) or lose a grandā€¦so we got back 12 hrs before interprovincial travel banā€¦

Ah, okay haha! I was like,ā€Wait, winterā€™s barely over. How did he manage to flower those plants outdoors during a Canadian winter?!?ā€

I donā€™t usually plant outside until June, with just support and a fall rain cover. Natural as possible outside, the indoor cave is for torture and deprivation stuff, my normal indoors is anything but ā€˜naturalā€™ despite an organic soil regime. LOL Iā€™m awaiting arrival of 3 kinds of predator bugs for some indoor insect war shit, I donā€™t expect to get rid of all the fungus gnats, I just want them to suffer a bit.

Get Gnatrol. Nube turned me on to that a while back and that shit WORKS. Itā€™s organic, too, just a strain of bacteria that eats fungus gnat larvae. I had a really bad fungus gnat infestation a while ago, watered with Gnatrol three times, eight days apart each time and the gnats were gone. Disappeared completely.

Iā€™ve been using the mosquito dunks in my water and crumbled in the pots for about 4 weeks nowā€¦controls them but doesnā€™t erradicate them. Iā€™m running about 150 gal of organic soil in a perpetual, so it is just a balance for me, I donā€™t like spraying anything on the plants, normally. I had a late flowering mite breakout once, I literally singed them all with a bic lighter a few days before harvest, all the mites died or fled to leaves, surprisingly not much evidence of webbing or bugs after hanging and drying. Bug shit may freak some out, but I prefer that over small amounts of proven carcinogens on my herb. I donā€™t even like using the safers soap or natural pyethrins when in bloom. Can be a rough ride with an outbreak of bugs at week 2ā€¦such is organics and my habits.

Yeah, Iā€™ve used the dunks, nematodes etc etc and like you said, it just brings the population down but doesnā€™t get rid of them. Iā€™m telling you, though, the Gnatrol is great stuff and will eradicate them completely after a few waterings. Iā€™m super-hard-core about keeping my grows clean, itā€™s one of the main reasons why I grow my own: to keep everything 100% organic. Gnatrol is legit. You just add it to your water and drench with it, no foliars or anything like that.

Check out their website. I was skeptical at first, but itā€™s really good stuff.

And Iā€™m not even a shill for Gnatrol haha. But it does work.

Canā€™t get it in Canada, of courseā€¦

What??? Seriously? Jesus, whatā€™s the deal with Canada? Somebody here mentioned the other day that yā€™all canā€™t get pumice in Canada, either.

I love and envy Canada, if for no other reason than you guys have universal healthcare (I donā€™t envy the weather, though haha) but this is getting ridiculous. Whatā€™s the problem with Gnatrol? Why canā€™t you get it there?

I use Mosquito dunks (same stuff) so Iā€™m sure it is around.

Bat Guano on the other handā€¦ Yup, canā€™t let bat poop in past Canada Customsā€¦ :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Yeah, but the dunks donā€™t work nearly as effectively as that Gnatrol does. Or at least, they didnā€™t when I tried them. The dunks just kind of kept the fungus gnats under control, but they were still there. That Gnatrol just kills the fuck out of them. Gone. I didnā€™t see a single one and my sticky traps didnā€™t have any on them either after two or three applications.

Thatā€™s impressive!
Someone else said they were better as well.

The dunks were all I could find (Crappy Tire) & they are a nice size to micro plane. Iā€™ll keep an eye out for Gnatrol.

I think Gnatrol and Mosquito dunks have the same composition (BTI Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis). I use Mosquito bits so I donā€™t need to grind the dunks, you can buy them cheap from the chinese, combined with sticky traps it is a win win ā€¦ :sunglasses:
