The veg tray has Cherry Sherbert Bubba and Eyes Pied Shut with 2 Mendo PurpsxHP doin well.
I was disappointed getting all males with the Warlock but I successfully cloned the triploidish male for some use later.
Hoping all the clones, reveg and root. Its only the second or third time I have taken clones from a flowering plant, so we’ll see.
Got to hug Daughter and Grandson yesterday, first time in 10 days…ahh what we take for granted sometimes…
Anyhow, after having cured outdoor product to smoke since november… from a concensus of 5 smokers … The Jungle Spice by @lefthandseeds is the clear winner for functional up daytime high use, just right. Creatively, giggly and ‘lets go do something’ herb. The Pura Vida by @nube is a relaxing and pleasurable stone which can creep up and blow the feet from under you if you smoke one too many. Its the one that they ask what it is and then say… I’m good… perfect for a hardcore stoner, like me, barely any ceiling, make ya wanna sit on the beach. Great work from both of these gents, will def run again.
Glad to hear you enjoyed it @Cannasaurusrex. There’s definitely a good bit of the Bodhi magic in that one! Cheers.
Some pics in the cave
And a couple of crosses from Melvanetics are starting to show the Buckeye Purple coloring sorry about pics lolweek3-4 lowers clean-up and crawling around under canopy snapped a few pics…
GG4 ril group buy 1 of 2 females out of 5 popped growing good both of them especially this one Frosty after 3-4 weeks since flip. and in true C-rex fashion we have to notice this Sucks but hey, I’ll have to keep an extra close eye on the remaining female…The culling pirate is sharpening his sword…damn.Ouch, have some, have not run yet…remove the parts and keep an eye out, but don’t jeopardize the bulk of your sinsemilla!!!
Nanners on buds I’ll pick off. Male flower clusters at branch union and under buds gets the bin. The plant was growing well and had good structure. Was/is looking really healthy otherwise. No time for WOKE in the garden…oh well. Got one more ril in bloom, watching like a hawk. This happens now and then, and is a shame as I usually ditch any further growing out of any particular seeds that this happens with. As a small home grower, it sucks to spend 3 months time to get a poor result, and breeding it out isn’t practical or worth it. At least I caught it when I did, so no biggie, shit happens lol
wow sry heres a few pics, we are at week 6 and 5 in bloom, there is 1 gg4 ril 2 wol fpacks and a few silver mountains among the crosses of our meds. Everything is doing good, some are starting to fade, and one has a deficiency/light/watering problem showing. I have uncharacteristically been watering with tap water since the first week of January, and the hard well water is causing some salt issues, I BELIEVE lol. I will isolate when I do a lower trim and minor defoliation, get some pics and probably flush with melted snowwater. I’ll get some solo shots of each plant for a more sexy cave log entry, m’kay…
Second pic shows (not too great) the spotting on the upper fans. It is the shortest plant directly below the led board. Could be light burn, but I’m leaning towards water/ salt issues at rootzone…we will see…Forgot to mention, I took a tray of clones from the flowering plants, and most, if not all rooted, I killed a cpl from neglect and removed the hermie one, all of them were a little bud, which I topped or fimmed and am now waiting for the re-veg to take hold. I had the clones on 24/0 until i potted them and now they have been at 18/6 with the rest. I successfully cloned and re-vegged 3 cuttings of the triploidish Warlock male I had, but they seem to wanna keep throwin balls, which are pre-flowers, but I’m keeping a close eye on the 2 left, 1 I topped already.
bottom pic is what is goin on after a week or so in soil, top of the bud was cut off. What do you usually water with, RO?
Plants look good anyway, a little spotting notwithstanding. I never worry too much about things like that.
Rainwater, and snow in the winter. Our well runs about 180 ppm good for drinking if you/re not a plant. i do cut the snow water with about 1/4 tap/well. Summer/spring/fall straight rainwater. Rarely, I top dress with dry amendments or worm compost. Some tea if I want to spoil the ladies, which happens like never, I verbally abuse them all, then beg forgiveness Ike Turner style.
Hi @Cannasaurusrex >>> you said “watching like a hawk” … I’m in !!!
Tks very much … reading @Calyxander insights … back in 2020
And all of your growing data flow
Thanks for dropping in…looks all clear and all female on the lone GG4 ril, I have her clones revegging. So fingers crossed I can get this room of beastie girls to the finish line. I am getting backed up in the veg room so I may end up staking and tying up all the girls to free up some space for more. I have issues with timing and an incredible drive to start seeds constantly, goes hand in hand with my major seed addiction. Cheers and ask or comment on anything here.
Well laziness gets me again, PM noticed last night, culled 4 and will have to check roo again tonight. trimming up what i can, most are almost week 8 …culling pirate is all masked up…pics of the carnage to follow…oh ya fully seeded lower on 1 plant, hidden ball burst I’ll post my epic fail.
What was goin on in veg room btw
and some initial carnage pics !silver mtn F2 budIMG_5036|690x460 PM AAARRRR Mateys time to keel haul some trees…HAPPY VALENTINES DAY…Love to all.
Harvesting plants that are at 9 weeks, trying to keep PM from advancing any further into the younger ones. LOL perpetual harvest so a short battle rages. Stopping the pm with some organic ‘fix it in a can’ essential oil crap while I have altered the environment to stop it. I have a 20 plus F degree shift at night in conjunction with low humidity, and that causes condensation against the plants beside the exterior wall. When the fans can’t get into heavily foiliaged spaces, pockets of PM happen. So allowing the house furnace output vent in the growroom to work (its plugged normally) raises my dark time temp to normal house temp. I give 'em a week of spray, avoiding the buds, treat my whole veg room (seperate environmental controls) with spray AND wettable sulphur, give a general cleaning, and then add a humidifier in the bloomroom. PM over. In the meantime some 9 weekers, I like to go 10-11 weeks in winter (see night temp) but its gonna be a hashfest so no loss. Not too much fade goin on but I have been plucking.
Have 6 more out for pics and chopping today…busy, busy, busy.
