how long will a proper drying & curing take in your climate?

depend on how crazy the climate behaves, could be 7 days dry or 20 , depend on if is raining, usually have bad luck with that so i chopped and is been raining for 3 days already so i have no idea , im putting a dehumidifier to use this time because i need medicine
