I kind of hope it does. They screwed up legalization so many times in Jersey there should be a penalty. Imagine if they got it done 3 years ago like they said they would how far ahead weâd be and how much precious revenue they would have seen!

Oregon Liquor Control Commission pushed a ruling on Thursday to limit the unchecked use of Delta-8-THC and other artificial cannabinoids in Oregon Cannabis products.
Why are they calling it an artificial cannabinoid
Canât have all the teens substituting a legally purchased product instead of buying alcohol and weed illegally.
Because its made by converting cbd into delta 8. Flip to 42:00 minutes to see the process.
Delta 8 is only produced by plants in miniscule amounts.
This is awesome
Seems the EU customs is on fire, something changed at the beginning of the year.
Nearly all of my random china orders have been getting nabbed and taxed, hearing similar things from others too.
Not sure if I can post this?
Cigarette companiesâ are hurting, the younger generation donât want boring old cigs. Limit the competition by lobbying with bribes, sorry donations, to change the law.
I tried to post a padded envelope to USA and UK and was asked to fill in a shitload of details⌠with Brexit it has made things a bit more complicated
I try to send seeds in a normal envelope, but I make a card envelope to go inside it, to aid travel through the rollers and stop the edges of the vials catching. Normal looking mail is less scrutinized.
6 plants for recreational, 10 for medical, 12 plants for a household with more than one 21 year old resident. Those numbers are lower than I like but Iâm not complaining. I canât imagine being able to grow openly.
And it appears that home growing will be permittedâŚand a lot sooner than in NJ.
The legislation, which could pass both chambers by as early as next week, imposes a 9% state tax on retail sales and counties would be able to add an additional 4% levy.
New Yorkers with a green thumb would be allowed to grow up to six pot plants each, either indoors or outdoors, and households would be limited to 12 plants total.
That doesnât sound too bad. I wish we were that far where I live. Go go go!
Looks like theyâll be able to keep arresting gardeners for at least 3-4 more years:
Patients would be able to cultivate medical marijuana at home six months after the bill is enacted. Those interested in cultivating recreational marijuana at home would have to wait longer: 18 months after the opening of the first adult-use dispensary, in order to give the regulated market time to develop.

People have to get used to bad dispensary weed before they are allowed to grow their own? Sounds like somebody paid for that.
