Why will legalization cause more people to suddenly drive high when they didn’t before? Why would drivers who drive high now suddenly be more dangerous? Has the + or - for error been factored in? There will be natural rises and declines for no reason. Alcohol is served at most functions as well as cannabis, has that been factored in? What a bullshit article.
