I don’t particularly like concentrates (messes with my tolerance) but this is such a stupid policy. It doesn’t help that Vermont has a part-time citizen legislature that only meets a few months out of the year.

Yes, I myself only consume flowers. But I agree that it is a truly idiotic policy.

The dread black market will most certainly meet the demand, regardless.

Meh. So the goalposts have shifted, but the most important obstacle is still there… neither party can figure out how best to use legalization to increase their power while damaging the other party, so people will continue to die in the meantime while they argue and jockey for position. Sounds like pretty much business as usual. :stuck_out_tongue:

Worse yet, the big money interests are going to do everything they can to make home growing illegal. Look at what happened in Washington. “Oh, we’ll get to home growing provisions later.” Here we are almost a decade later and you still face a 5 year felony wrap for growng a flower in your house.

Jonathan Wall took a helluva gamble, sad that we just aren’t there yet as a society. He is clearly guilty of the charges, but in the context of a majority of states being, at least, decriminalized and a super majority of Americans in favor of legalization. I’ll be watching his sentencing closely. We all lose when this happens.
