Just like in other rec legal states, greed has taken over both the market and the regulators, creating an untenable black market situation.
All of the confusion and chaos surrounding cannabis are 100% the fault of the various regulatory agencies at every echelon. I wonder if some of these bureaucrats are actually pro-cannabis double agents trying to dismantle the system from within.
