in oklahoma you can smoke out where ever you can smoke cigeretts so im thinking CANNA CLUB like a hooka lounge

Jersey medical card holders can smoke anywhere cigs are allowed. Not sure about rec smokers. There are consumption lounge licenses but get this - no food sales on property!! Are you serious?
