Thatā€™s what Iā€™m talking about! Nepalese Temple Ball,
Nice Afghan hash, straight from the Taliban!

Oh also theyā€™re kind of weird in that their ā€œ3 packā€ is a 5 pack. still $9 a seed face value. If you order through their site they throw in F1 freebies. Thatā€™s why I want to try doing a filial cross, their lines are mostly very stable already but too expensive for my blood given that you canā€™t really propagate autos vegetatively so 1 seed = 1 plant. The Skywalker is an F7, the Strawberry Nuggets are an F4, and I also have Super Orange Haze F4s lying around from a prior order.

Yeah, I think kief is the closest you will get to old school hash. When I used to make hash I did it the old way, sifted through silk screens to collect the trichomes or kief and than compressed with some low heat to make it into a solid piece of hash. I am just not a big fan of all the ā€œnewā€ ways people are doing it. Now whatever floats your boat, not talking down anyoneā€™s product, just a creature of habit.

thats how next gen sends theirs. took me a minute to figure out

@DougDawson
I got a silk screen and a clay extruder and make my own dry sift pucks the size of a dime. The last batch was Romulan grapefruit with some bubba mixed in. I put it up six months ago and I didnā€™t open it til last week. It smelled heavenly!

thanks for the good ideas, I have not scraped out the kief for a few years it is quite literally jammed :laughing:

I like it also. I canā€™t use old one anymore.

Iā€™m sorry man where did you get that from. It doesnā€™t matter thatā€™s about the best looking one Iā€™ve ever seen

Option 2) We donā€™t have enough information about the two lines to answer this one.

Option 1) If youā€™re looking to maintain all of the original variation in the line, than the full-sibling cross is your best bet. Write a description of the traits that define that strain in your opinion ā€“ then keep all of your favorite siblings, and only toss the plants that donā€™t fit your written definition. Youā€™ll end up with a line that varies in all of the traits that donā€™t matter, keeping your phenotype variability high so it can easily adapt to all kinds of enviroments.

Either 1, or 3) If you want to tighten up the progeny and make a truebreeding batch of seeds, either the full-sibling cross, or the Bxing is a valid option. Again write a description of what traits are important to you, and as long as you stick to that strict definition, you should make pretty quick headway.

Well itā€™s day 4 after my Regeneron infusion and Iā€™m feeling so much better. That shit is amazing! If you test positive for Covid insist on receiving it. Itā€™s free and it works!

would make a nice deer stand buddy

lol, yeah. H.O. Scaleā€¦ Iā€™ve also printed S scale for many its easy to scale HO stuff up (but not down to N. walls get too thin and disappear LOL). Have a little model RR in the basement here, kinda wish my pops was still around, he was a civil engineer, and would have loved designing stuff for it. I kinda revived his old train board, adding 3D printed buildings, houses, cars (I dont do people, too much detail, too small). So, I design some of my own, and have an agreement with another designer who doesnā€™t care to print, and use my little farm of printers here to print model kits. Most average 40-50 pieces per kit, sell for $20-$30. Do ok with it, its a side hustle that keeps the printers running, it certainly doesnā€™t pay the bills yet. I gotta find that super easy print that costs nothing and everybody has to have. Kinda got a good one (picnic tables!) and my margins are awesome on that, but its a tricky print and Iā€™ve got the settings dialed in perfect to do it. Probably why I am killing it with the tablesā€¦ Houses, a few sell, August was dead as hell. Pre-summer I was growing on avg 33-50% a month from February. June hit and sales plummet. Everybody goes outsideā€¦

I love the technology too, the whole model RR is controlled with a few arduinos, Uno, Mega, Nanos, plus relays and all sorts of little circuits. Can control 3 trains on 2 tracks, and its not DCC, its old-school DC system, updated with block control via an app on my phone and the arduinos.

Think Iā€™m a geek yet? ROFL

Not much I got the 10 light hung in the tent ( 10 x 10 ) , ordered 2 surge protectors with timers , gotta finish setting the trays , exhaust fans and dehumidifiers and move the ac to the shop. May add 2 more light to the bottom right for good measure for seed production.

Hereā€™s an idea of how its set up
