No sorry, I have actually just started doing some resistance training just using my body weight, press ups, dips, squats. My collapsed disks cause a lot of pain so I have to be careful.
As I am now fasting a lot, I am taking advantage of the massive the increase in growth hormone being produced and finding its actually starting to heal my neck problems to some degree as well as eliminating my arthritis problems.
I used to bench 175k and squat 230k deadlift was 305k.
I was 280lbs in good condition at 6ft 5. Really needed another 40-50 lbs to look hulkish
This is very interesting; I have sciatica problems and other issues and have had less flair ups in the last year; which is also the same amount of time I’ve cut down on food intake quantity vs quality. I usually keep going on coffee and lemon water and then have dinner. Some days it’s a small meal in the day, and then dinner. I wonder if this is having a similar effect?

I have 2 brothers that are the same height as me, one did a fair bit of training with me, but only about 230lbs when we went out together it was like being in the land of the giants. We would get some stares lmao.

Yes that is probably why, use some apple cider vinegar in your water as well as the lemon, amazing benefits to using that. So reducing to one meal a day as I normally do and the once a month 4-6 day fasts your body cleans out lots of things that cause health problems and with the 5000% increase in growth hormone more if you can exercise at the same time, repairs the body of any damage relatively quickly. Once you can fast past 5 days you actually start to get physically younger.

I’m 49 yrs old 5’6 an usually 190 around 20 percent or lower bf. I took up the time I use to spend racing mx with my son an now there all in the mid late 20s.
Yeah I was thinking it may confuse some people when I wrote it lol, the weights were always in Kilos in the gym, and I dont know what my height is in meters lol.
I had a training buddy he was scary strong, he could bench close to 230k he could squat 240K for 50 reps as a warm up lol, when he did leg press we had every weight in the gym on it including me.
190 on a 5’6 frame your going to look pretty big, I switched to 3 and 1 after about 3 years as I was over training my arms, I could not get them past 20 inches and it looked odd compared to the rest of me lol.
I went silly with the weights I was lifting, causing part of the problems I have now, I should have gone lighter and more strict and isolated with the movements, but when your young and want to impress the lady and newby trainers, big weights was where it was at lol. I am 61 now but starting to feel like I am back to around 30, with my low carb diet and fasting. I am hoping muscle memory will kick in and I can gain some size back muscle wise now my problems seem to be easing up with every long fast I do.
Do you use any of the modern supplements that imitate roids?
