for the fire alien, specifically, you could remove all the mid to lower large fan leaves attached to the main stem. I usually pinch off any small flower close to the main stem on the mid to lower branches as well. This will get better airflow and light penetration as those leaves are thick and they provide too much surface are to let light in. Outdoors it’s not so critical but your harvest will be better if that foilage is removed.
The flowers on your plants look okay from what I can see. ?
I would definitely test the conductivity and ph. The buds just stopped growing, so I doubt it’s a lighting issue.

My room is only 35% humidity and around 77 degrees I’ve never noticed a full line on mine as long as the pump is covered and it’s spraying good . You should be fine.

hope you don’t mind me droppin pics in your thread but for comparison purposes, here is the Fire Alien Kush mother. She had just been put outside and into that 18gallon tote after vegging in a packed room under a 1000halide.
she has just started light dep a few weeks later… very vigorous.
and here she is near harvest. Notice the heavy defoliation between the 2nd pic and 3rd. Pretty much every week leading into flower and during flower I was thinning out large fans ad inner growth. She handles it all.
and a shot of what the average flower the line should produce.
now that was outdoor in the greenhouse light dep but it gives you an idea on what to look for as you go thru the seeds. These are how I would expect most of the plants to be like based on my friends results but there will be outlyers/recesssives… potentially some super freaks? I dunno LOL

Yes are the cubes pre soaked if so shouldn’t have to do much other than stick the clones into the cubes.
Heat mat and dome is fine .

they are a bit soft.
maybe ill spray em before if they seem dry.
.the old jiffy ones my buddy had me soak them for 24 h in p.h d water . then squeeze them almost dry… i never had success lol

Flipped on the mini split just to confirm it still blows cold air and we’re good . As long as it doesn’t exceed 85 f they’ll have to tough it out . Upped the c02 and increased there feed . Hope they like it hot and tropical .
