No problems sending clones across the US.

How about clones from US to Canada through the mail, anybody done that?

Not looking for details on the main board, but a yes or no wouldn’t hurt.

If yes, I’d love a pm describing any particulars.

Never done it. Wouldn’t do it. Risk/reward. But maybe I’m a chicken.

Why do you think I’m asking

That’s awesome a friend indeed!!

I personally think if you take the cuttings during veg mode it will root faster…I know a lot of people take their cuttings during flower mode…

absolutely send that shit… buy a OneVanilla prepaid debit card from walgreens to purchase USPS priority mail postage (on pirateship, stamps.com or endicia for example) print the label with a bunk return address and name, write that it’s merchandise, like a t-shirt, and it’s worth $15 on the custom form (they’ll have you fill it out in the shipping software, nothing complicated)… drop if off in the drop off bin at your post office…

if you really want to cover your tracks use a VPN and a throw away email address to open your shipping software account, and wear a mask while dropping off the package, like a ninja

I still wear a mask for covid protection, lol!

I like the prepaid card idea, and the drop bin, too.

So what about shipping time. I’ve seen 2-3 weeks from US to Canada. The cuts I send here are usually delivered in at most 5 days, most are quicker.

Anyone know how long will cuts last in a flat rate box?

assuming you’re shipping unrooted snips, just do a test throw some snips in the packaging you would use to ship, and see how long it lasts in the packaging, i’m hoping/guessing 2 weeks? could be wrong

@supershitfuck Simply brilliant! Learn so much here.

As the weather gets warmer the cuttings don’t do well…that’s why I prefer to ship during autumn, winter and spring folks…

use Priority Mail for sure. For inside the US, a first class package is around $4 to ship, i’d use priority mail to send anything viable it’s only $8.45 anywhere in the country to ship a padded envelope you can get those for free at your PO, should be on a display/rack in the lobby, you won’t even have to stand in line or talk to someone, and you can take as many as you want it’s free free

buy the postage online, print the label, stick it on package and drop off. if you live in a city it’s on a plane to the destination that night

USPS actually fucking rocks!! (if you get around going into an actual post office)

Duh, why didn’t I thinka that!

I love the USPS, nobody rides me around anymore to deliver the mail
No, I send a lot of packages, all US, no problems, all priority, 3-4 days tops.

And it’s cheap, $9.25 here!

But, it’s $30 to send a video-sized priority box to Canada.

I just noticed that. Have you shipped cuts in a padded envelope? And they lived?

People have been doing that for a long time decades, padded envelope cut or cuts in empty cut in half paper towel roll or toilet paper roll.

What’s the hottest weather clones can be mailed in? Without I’ll effects

I don’t know the answer to that but Happy Friday 13th. Folks…

when i buy beneficials, they come packaged in some ice packs things, and the ice packs are still cold when i receive 'em! The ice packs are the bag-of-sludge, throw away kind, and are probably cheap as hell

priority mail + ice packs = i’m pretty sure they’ll live

yeah so all you need is a cut that’s worth it

I thought that clones thru the mail os illegal but the Clone Cellar stated different --it’s legal in all states except a few. have seen some closnes go for $35.00 not bad at all and up to $shy-is-the-limit/ Still having them sent by mail mean it’s not a seed (legal to send in mail) but a clone (marijuana plant) ??? Guess it’s true as “Reeger” stated Hey - keep us posted on the clone progress (what strain ? were they expensive ? (they say if getting a clone , one need to quartine the plant for 1 wqeek before introducing it to others. FYI)

beneficials ? name of company ? there are 3-4 places to get clones that I know of. but see more “banks” offering clones + seeds now
