While Metal Halide and High Pressure Sodium Lamp can have various forms and shapes, you can tell the difference immediately by looking at emitter inside the bulb.

  • High Pressure Sodium

Light difference is immediately recognisable when powered on: HPS emit light seen by human eye as red/orange while MH light is purely white.
