It looked cool. I did a bunch of research before picking this one. I still have to figure it out though. Got to add my remote thermometers and see where the temps are at throughout the smoker. Going to be fun to play with.

The HHR sold! smh… We got $1500 (dealers offered 1000 trade-in, lol) Kelly Blue Book said $2500-$3500, it needed $2000 in parts (not counting labor) plus tranny was on it’s way out… so I feel like we got more than it was worth! Son is actively hunting for something reasonable that he can make ‘decent/dependable’ for us.
The money needed versus the money on hand are getting closer to equal, so that’s some comfort! Rose and I do thank each and every one of yas for helping us out here, with buying of beans, clones, and outright donations!

I warned the buyer of all the issues, they still took it. So, if it falls apart (which I don’t wish on anyone!) on the way home, it’s on them. They still insisted on driving it instead of putting it on a trailer! We were afraid to take it out of the yard! Son said he’d kick my tail if we did, lol I woulda let him too!! That’s why he loaned us his pickup, so we didn’t. lol
edit… heck, lol I wouldn’t even let him test drive it, because I was afraid it wouldn’t make it back to the house here!

A vehicle is only part of our ‘need’ Rose’s visits to neurologists in OKC (almost 2hr drive one way) her other medical needs, my medical issues, the need of a hospital style bed (not EVEN gonna try for one of the fancy ones with heat/massage!) that head and feet rises, house/barn needing serious work, etc All adds up, especially when on a fixed Social Security (very low) income…

Frankenstein is definitely a favorite of mine as well! I smoked the one I grew 
and I’ve tried 2 other Frankenstein cuts one was a Hilda and the other pheno olive and have to say 5 fires all day long.
