Was talking with a friend who is recently retired military, he was telling me this isn’t as new as everyone thinks. It’s been around since November or December of last year. Said they had a flu run through several bases that was rather bad and didn’t respond to normal treatment and wasn’t prevented by vaccines. Was saying he had the flu for almost a month and thinking it was covid-19. Wonder if it really has been out here that long

Some of the jokes are still good. Its seems the “it’s bullshit” crowd are having a time hiding their fear with humour and denial, cool. any healthy people have no worries. BUT by belittling gov’t efforts to restrict panic among the sheeple (YES thats why they are being deployed, to stop us from hurting ourselves, D’uh) is a conspiracy to control our minds, leads to defiant or revoutionary acts. Publicly stating or doing the exact opposite the gov’t tells you to do right now, (and telling everyone to ‘follow’ you) is plainly TRAITORIST behaviour which is UN CANADIAN , let alone that you would be shot instantly during martial law, just because you were trying to share the ‘TRUTH’ ? Just because YOU won’t catch the cold that kills you, doesn’t mean you disobey the “gov’t you didn’t vote for”. If one of these self-centered idiots gets someones grandma dead with behaviour like the basketball player who just ruined the NBA, umm yeah that 50%ignorance 50%selfishness. You will realize afterwards that yes idiots like you were responsible for accelerating the disease in your neighbourhood, killing more than it would have. Keep whining about the pool being closed, we want to know where you live afterwards. Use some tact, and respect for once in your lives. You may be immune to the virus, but the hangover of retribution is really reason for you to panic tough guy, and we are in no hurry to rush finding those who purposely made it worse, the ones with the elecronic locating tag we all have already allowed to be installed…new word accountability…look it up. Please try to empathize with anyone who loves their parents or their daughters and wife who work at the grocery store or the chinese food restaurant. Try to behave please. So you’ve got their plan, pray tell what is the end game? Same as its been since money was invented? A tax increase? Dude humans sacrifice or others, wether we have been told to, forced to, or just do it. We still do. If you have a master all-inclusive plan, stand up and share it with the world. I’m sure it will cause less death and permanently change the ‘game for better’? You can believe what you want, but if you don’t do what our "overlords’ (or however you refer to those who actually LEAD) tell you, don’t whine when they cut off the teat you suckle on, yeah my tax dollars. Oppression? Let’s see: close schools, limit social interaction, buy supplies, work from home, avoid going on cruises. That’s some serious oppression. Oh wait, this virus is racist.
You’ve been telling everyone that they are tin foil fools and should be ashamed but, yet, the tin foil you’re wearing is equally fabulous.
The authorities will really have to ratchet things up several notches before I’d even entertain the “oppression” bit.
On ulterior motives: I’m sure some folk are angry and will unfortunately worry about their project completion bonuses.

Some states are already banning the sale of firearms, ammo, alcohol and there are talks of curfews, no that’s not oppression. This isn’t as new as they claim. It’s been around since the end of last year but no one is talking about that because then wait it’s been around for months so the numbers and speed they claim isn’t true at all. They are confirming cases at faster and faster rates simply because of the numbers of tests being done is increasing by the day. You probably know someone that has had it and recovered and don’t even know it.

LOL cheers man, as a ‘Canadian’ I don’t rely on my gov’t for survival. I’m no prepper or panicker, I am a 56 yr old father of 3 adult non criminal potsmoking voters. I haven’t sucked of anyone (yet) and have only taken it up the ass from my proctologist, and my wife (ya she was freaky). I don’t wanna get all caught up thinking that you are actually believing the criticism you think is so important to the community, you’re country, OG or whoever you think is listening to your ‘self relization’. Its fun when we all talk sheep 1% and reality, in ‘normal’ times (whatever that means right>). But when events are unfolding, NORMAL people hold their “world curing philosophies” which they believe are good for everyone?? to themselves… Too soon?
