@HashstasH pollen collected ? Yes there was another plant that fooled me trying to regain pre-sex signs. I was mad, it was incredibly bushy and I hacked 90% of it down but a few heads left. I collected from it before tossing. It’s vac sealed in the freezer
So after 48 hrs I’m forced to toss or plant the sprouts…2 strong sprouts too…the other is slower so I don’t think I’m doing it. We’ll see if the last seed busts within 2 more days

@OriginalDankmaster96 aloha DankMaster, I want to first apologise bc I’ve not been around the site as much as I wish I had been lately… life and all dat… but I was always curious about the XMas bud. Always loved some herb I used to get as a kid that literally smelled like Christmas trees. Never get herb like that anymore. Had some NL5 I grew that was in that arena and just made me miss bud like that.
Curious how the XMas bud was in terms of terpenes and the structure of the bud and plants themselves.
I have some NL2 x 88G13/HP I need to run as that’s an old favorite.
Where was the Lumbo Gold from? I have some Oaxcan Gold seeds still I think but haven’t had any Lumbo in years. The cross sounds killer either way.
Look forward to seeing how these all turn out.

@Swampthing Mahalo, I know how it goes… That is the reputed claim. It was my primary choice in re-creating a version of Crippy, if none proved authentic. The males I got are documented in my project thread. As for female, I don’t know yet. Eventually I plan to find one of those, but I got my work cut out growing 20-25 seeds to get F2 of a backcrossing.
Yes, this is why I suspect Crippy is NL#2…

The golds came from a dispensary bag. I found about 20 in the oz. Someone said they recognize it from World of seeds line, but it is still bag seed. Had to be an accidental selfing or rouge male, cause it’s not a hybrid. The test run will tell me if I need to do a whole plant for several thousand to put on the market.

Yea, I was gonna ask if it was World of Seeds as I’ve got a pack from them… which I’ve not run. it’s the only seed company I’ve seen to offer that line in seed form. Also, are those Xmas bud seeds from Nspecta?
I do also have G13 x NL1 from Coastal. So those along with the NL2 x 88G13/HP should be super fun to go through.
I’ve become super fond of pure indicas. I think it’s bc there seem to be less and less prevalent. Mostly hybrids…
I feel sativas can retain great sativa effects when outcrossed or in hybrids. But with indicas, I feel even a touch of sativa will change the effect in a way so that the pure indica effects are not able to be appreciated.

This cross sounds quite good back in 2009 I use to get some real piney weed called Xmas bud always smelled like the tree quite unique bet this would be a fun one to grow out
