I’ve been working some beans I won in an auction a few years back. The cross was made by a good friend of Verdant Green’s and is NL5 x Deep Chunk (tom hill’s). I’m into F4 with a very berry line and a deep chunk line. Both originating from females and males selected from the F2 expressions. All the Deep Chunk leaners have the longish petioles and didn’t respond well to topping at all. The berry line is the opposite though both are slow veggers until they develop past week 8 from seed.

If you are looking for more genetics to work with along side the chunk seeds you have, I’ll do the work @Tonygreen. I have a 110 indoor plant count so pheno hunting larger groups is easily done. When I made the “f2” of the NL5 x Deep Chunk , I used 3 females and 2 males to get as much genetic variation as I could in the F2. That is where I like to start getting serious about selections and in the F3 I’ve narrowed things down some. I suppose it’s the long way to go about things but it’s hard to break 30 year old habits LOL When my mentors taught me, growers were still scrambling to find HID lights to use… STS was not so widely known.
Gonna be making my first S1 seeds here shortly with my keeper bubba royale F3… kinda excited hehehe

Also, I’ll be smoking this deep chunk live resin right off the plant about week 6 or 7. By harvest I’ll be down to a few hard hitters to consider. You’ll be evaluating plants as they go for growth, structure, resin etc so you’ll have a good idea where you wanna go.

Really want to see them flower, it’s been years since I’ve seen one. They were more common in Spain years ago, not so much recently. Though I’m sure people there still hold them. I hope so at least.
