Ummmm, not too bad, I don’t think. The BAH #3’s the tallest of the four and she’s about chin-high, maybe a little taller than that. I’m 6’2”. And then you figure the pot she’s in is ten-inches tall… But I mean, one of the BAH’s isn’t much taller than the Skycuddler and the “short” C. Gold/DE, so it’s definitely possible to find smaller phenos.
The C. Gold/DE #2 was the tallest plant in the tent, for sure, maybe up to my nose or slightly above it, might’ve even been up around my eyes. And I only say “was” the tallest because as the flowers have developed, she’s starting to sag and shit, so now she’s actually shorter than the BAH #3. I don’t think she has the strongest of branches haha. But yeah, I mean, if you let her get too big before you flip (which I did), she could probably get prrrrretty fucking tall.
I really wish I would’ve measured everything the day I flipped, woulda been so much easier than,”I think she’s like as tall as my chin. Or somethin’…” haha. But in general, yeah, you should expect them to stretch a pretty decent amount. A lot probably depends on your specific environmental factors, too. Certain things, like high heat, shitty lights etc can definitely affect how much plants’ll stretch.

Yeah, I’m looking forward to chopping her, if for no other reason than to get a little more room in the tent haha. But for sure, I smelled my fingers (haha…) for like a full minute after I squeezed one of those Skycuddler flowers last night. Just kept wondering,”I think I’m smelling a little rotten lime? And cologne? And ‘classic OG’? Aftershave? Or maybe not? What am I smelling here?!?” But it smelled fucking awesome, whatever it was.

Nute burn? I mean, I don’t really give my plants any “nutes” per se. Looking at my notes, I did water the flowering plants with two tablespoons of Neptune’s fish and kelp on January 12. But that’s two tablespoons in 5+ gallons of water. I will say that I’m gonna water the C. Gold x DE #2 with maybe the full-dosage or maybe just 2/3 of Neptune’s again, next time I water. Her leaves are really fading fast and I’m pulling a bunch off… There’s no way she’s gonna make it to twelve weeks or whatever without a little N. Or, I mean, I dunno, maybe she will. But I’m gonna do that anyway.
I guess I should just post what I’ve given them the entire time they’ve been flowering, I always forget to mention that.
December 7, the day I flipped, I watered them all with a teaspoon of BioAg TM7 in five gallons of water, slightly less than the recommended amount. TM7 is humic acid, basically.
December 12, top dressed with MBP and watered that in with aloe and coconut.
December 18, watered with K silicate.
January 2, watered with K silicate and aloe.
January 12, watered with the aforementioned tiny bit of Neptune’s fish and kelp.
January 16, watered with a compost tea (four gallons of water, 1.5 cups of compost and 1/3 cup molasses, aerated for 27 hours).
January 23, watered with coconut and aloe (yeah, I skipped a day of watering. Again haha!).
Also forgot to mention that I switched to 11.5/12.5 on January 24. I’ll continue to decrease lights-on as things progress, but I’m trying to keep both tents on the same lighting schedule. I don’t wanna switch to 11:15/12:45 until the Ancient OG/DE’s have been in flower for at least three weeks, so…
But yeah, in general, I don’t have any kind of “nute regimen” or anything; there’s obviously no rhyme or reason to the shit I give the plants, just looking back on the notes I posted haha. The only time I’ve seen anything that looked like it might be “nute burn” was on one Larry Lotus plant I grew like six years ago. I dunno what that was about, but there were definitely some burnt-looking leaf tips on that one plant.
I just water with stuff when I think about it and when I feel like it should be done, which isn’t often. Although I have been considering another round of K silicate here in the not-too-distant future. Probably after I chop the Skycuddler and the Soar. I don’t like mixing up different batches of water for different plants. They get what they get!!! Haha…

Sorry, forgot to address this. No idea haha. The Skycuddler had those sacs that I found on day 21, it’s entirely possible if not likely that I missed some. If it wasn’t her, I’d guess it’s that fucking C. Gold #2. But you know, at the same time, maybe nothing got seeded. Maybe that Dragon Energy dad is just really bringing down the flower times. I really don’t know. I keep checking everything, I’ll see something and be like,”Is that a fucking seed developing?!?” and it isn’t, so… Fingers-fucking-crossed. I’m gonna be real bummed if I start trimming and I find a shitload of seeds again.

Yeah, dude, for sure, they’re not too bad. I thought the same thing, thought I waited too long to flip etc etc. Seems like Doc did some pretty good work on them. I really think the people who’ve been like,”OMG! These plants are crazy!” are either just being dramatic or they’ve never grown anything that stretched more than, like, 50 percent. I dunno.
You should plant your seeds, though, if you’ve got ‘em. I can’t wait to chop these. Only 30-50,days left… haha.

How can you be a fan of both the Patriots and the Ravens? They’re both AFC teams haha. I could see maybe having one AFC team and one NFC team, but, I mean, what do you do when New England and Baltimore play each other? Haha! Who do you root for?
I grew up in Tampa, used to be a Bucs fan, my dad had season tickets when I was a kid, but I’ve lived in LA for so long now that I have no emotional attachment to that team anymore. I root for them, but I don’t watch their games every Sunday like I do the Rams. I don’t get bummed when they lose, like I do when the Rams lose. And when they played each other earlier this season and again last week, best believe I was rooting for the Rams! Fuck Tampa.

i grew up in MD so im a fan of the O’s and the ravens first and foremost but i live out in the boonies with no cable in new england, so the only games i can watch are the local broadcasts of the sox and that pats, so as a transplant im a defacto fan of theirs simply cause i cant really watch other games. when they play each-other i win no matter what, so its a party!
