Down-Under-Ground

Probably works the exact same, just gotta pay more for the name, kinda thing , I’m betting
How many more auto pots ya get?

Just 4 is all I could (not really) afford to buy
Then 4 more after the next run and the right side will be fully operational. I am confident that this upcoming run will be more successful with the added calcium.

Do you use a cycle timer with your Cloner?

I’ve only used it once, but no I just let it run. Just remember to plug it back in after you check the ph/temp and or roots. I checked before bed one time and forgot to plug back in, and in the morning most were pretty hurting :laughing:

Instead of finishing harvest I drove to the coast and grabbed some anti leach anti mould sealing paint, not enough for the whole space but I will paint as much as the 2 litres will get me on the right wing.

You up watching the Olympic ceremony @Johnnybsmokin ?

I told Mr 10 to watch it because ‘they always put on a good show’ … I don’t think he is inspired much from watching his first opening ceremony :no_mouth:

Yea, been out for dinner and sat down and watched it for a while. So mr 10 not inspired to make it to the 32 games then?? No motor cross involved in the Olympics I suppose hey lol.

Cheers Johnny

Finally finished harvesting and trimming the first lot from the bunker/the bottom shed/Narnia/The Tardis. The buds are very nice but very little of them and makes it really stand out the difference in yield between well grown plants and ones that barely make it through life.

The humidity is down to 45% over the past week or so which made the first lot of buds dry too fast.

Clones are in the Cloner thingy majig.
Warm is GG X SS and cool colours is GG X Tut.
I hope it works. Not alot of growing related stuff has been going well for me lately.
Only two of the latest batch of 20 seeds came up and they died. The low humidity caught me off guard and the seedling pots of soil all dried up.

I removed a couple male Mac Banners and replaced with a couple GG X tut clones that had survived the shitty peat puks.

Tomorrow will be cleaning and painting.

Narnia…:rofl::rofl: Pedro in Narnia should be your thread title :rofl::rofl:
Great looking buds man!!! I have trouble keeping rh up for drying.
Love the sound of MAC Banner, that’s a hell of a cross

It’s a whole new space. You’ll dial it in. Indoor growing has a lot of elements man. I wouldn’t have a clue how to set up all that stuff. I think its doing good considering all you have going on down there.

Looking good

I was just checking up on my daily solar yield and usage which I’ve become rather obsessive about and seen that the Kw usage didn’t drop down at 6pm when the lights go out.

The timer had failed, I had one ready setup to go so just plugged it in and all is well, this is the reason I carry spares of the important stuff🤠

I might setup a couple of timers for each side and have them turn on and off minutes apart to somewhat soft start the room and spread the electrical load between them.

Those buds still do look the part though. Hopefully this next grow really shines once you got your new space worked.

I dislike painting very much!

The 2 litres went further than what I thought though.

This makes the left wing look like it is lit from a couple of old flouros what a difference a lick of paint makes to the reflected light :cowboy_hat_face:.
There will be no second coat, ain’t nobody got time or patience for that.

The clones are still standing tall the same as when I put them in,so far so good.

Nothing like a fresh coat of paint to boost the light down there. Gotta get the most out of your solar juice! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

The lone Ranger (GG x SS X TT)outdoor plant got a small watering today with a lash of powerfeed, she didn’t even get watered when I put her in a week ago and she was a little droopy.

Enter your predictions trend setters, will this work?

A garden solar tree light, will it be enough to stop this girl flowering through to summer?

11 Shiva Blues from @Sunvalley are in soil ready to go outdoor for the winter run and some more will be put in during late spring.

World of difference that made! Looks so much better. Cleaner, brighter!

Not sure on the garden light. I know it doesn’t take much to gaslight them. It has to be brighter than the full moon is all I know.

Edit- If it had been started outside, I’d want to say that the light wouldn’t be necessary until the equinox in September, but I cant be sure. Not sure I was very thorough when I logged my Winter volunteer.

It was started under lights but this is just an experiment, once I know what happens we will all know what happens :slightly_smiling_face:

timers don’t last long making and breaking heavy loads. Best to use a relay and make and break the coil volatage for control if you want it to last.

Yes I agree, I havn’t had to use timers on such large loads before, I may even end up building a control box with timed contactors. Even relays can arc on opening and stay closed.
