I was gonna keep to myself that I had to undo the harness to find a short but chased it down. Fixed the problem and now itā€™s time to cable tie her back together. After that. One more update on wiring the driver your end @esrgood4u and sheā€™s good to go

Thank you mate. Yes please post on how to wire it up. Iā€™m good with electrics so I think as long as I have the instructions there Iā€™ll manage fine :+1:

Looking good bro! neater than a bunch of wagos eh.

If i ever do another rack iā€™ll use expanding braided sleeving instead of spiral wrap like i originally intended. Wish i had now but i already had the spiral stuff :thumbsup:

They will come pre drilled mate. Thereā€™s a 2 hole system for each corner lol

You will literally need a plug and cable to the driver. And a cable to junction block for the driver to frame

What thickness and core cable will work best with the driver and light @anon58740919? Iā€™m gonna drop into wickes/toolstation/screwfix tomorrow and ill pick a few meters up while Iā€™m there.

Any 3 core 13a for the plug to driver. Same again really for the driver to light although youā€™ll not need the earth on the DC out

Thanks mate. Iā€™ll pick some up tomorrow. Maybe a stupid question but does cable length from driver to the Leds matter as Iā€™m wanting to mount the driver outside the tent instead of fighting heat issues constantly.

Try to keep it to about 2 metres. Maybe 3 tops as you will start to suffer a small amount of voltage drop along the way the further you go

Well I worked out the price per gallon of nutrient solution using the RAW range and the mega crop STILL worked out alot cheaper even with the massively high postal cost included so even though itā€™s bugging the shit out of me paying more for delivery than for the actual product itself I bit the bullet and ordered a 10kg bag :persevere:

For a 10kg package to be shipped from the US thatā€™s about right mate. Hope you donā€™t get customs charges on that from the pricks at coventry.
