You can buy it sometimes but usually if you want it you need to catch it.
It was a menu option for my wedding because it’s just too good.

I’ve had walleye , excellent eating fish that is for sure.
However… Kokanee top the list for me and are my favorite game fish for the table and they are packed with nutrition. That reminds me… ice fishing season is here!!! my favorite time of year
