That’s a frosty girl!
classic og structure and frost. back in my gorilla grows days and ways out in the pines and woods we affectionately nick named them pine cones because of the shape and being covered in sticky pitch. OMG i just stuck my hand on the pine pitch. good luck washing that off. lol. because it was bag weed seeds with no fancy names like today. we just enjoyed the blessing and freedom from being in touch with nature.
“OMG i just stuck my hand on the pine pitch. good luck washing that off.”
Loooool.
Great post bro!
I’m curious about this being flushed out a little more. I’ve been washing with lemon/soda mix for a few years now with seemingly no ill effects. I also recall this mix as a produce wash years before ever considering it for cannabis.
@CapnCannabis & @Papalag can you elaborate? While I don’t like the idea of a 5 bucket wash I’m all ears if it’s the better way. lol (H202-> Lemon → soda → water → water)
The real question you should be asking here is why would you mix an acid with base when they neutralize each other? Its counterintuitive when all that was needed was a separate bucket and a separate dip added to the process and on top of that all your doing is creating salt water and oxidizing your tricomes.
I thought the purpose of the lemon juice & baking soda was to get an acid/base reaction which creates bubbles, which will then clean the bud… if you mix the lemon juice and baking soda together before you start washing, the reaction will have taken place before the buds get there to be washed.
Both cancel each other out and make salt water the process, separate buckets would work much better acid dip then neutralize with baking soda then Plain water
And in the H202 most people use the 3% one cup to 5 gallon. It’s too weak you would be better off with 25% or higher 3% isn’t doing much by the math
I think the action that was believed was more of the thought that if it was fizzing like that it would imulsify dirt and unwanted particulate to then come off in the final rinse
I’ve got a 28% bottle of hydrogen peroxide don’t get it on your skin.
Hi there
I only used baking soda then lemon them water
It worked well
Taxidermists use that one to bleach skulls my cousin does it with 25% H202 and a power washer.Higher concentrates of H202 can be dangerous too.I know the really High stuff they keep an eye on and it can be hard to get sometimes it’s considered to be potentially explosive.Dosage to a 5 gallon bucket would have to be tinkered with.I just use Plain water and I get pretty good results .I stopped doing the whole lemon juice thing once I found out the lemon juice has oils in it that stick to your weed.My plain water wash got all the bugs and bird shit out so I was happy with it.
