Had his operation on Friday and he’s walking to the Chinese takeaway tonight as I’m typing this. He was only in theatre an hour and a half. I’ve had a tyre change take longer

This is my biggest issue. Ironically since the world (and supply chain) has gone to crap, I don’t eat the fast food anymore, but man, do I LOVE to cook! HAHAHAHA, baby steps…my butt needs to baby step over to the gym today, and every day (from here on out) at least to start working on it. 45 years old, only going to get increasingly harder the longer I sit on my butt. Back pain, ohhhh boy, I think if I lost the weight, I’d be better off.

Will keep you in my prayers, best wishes, you’ll be good and so much more mobile!!!

I’m in the pool 3 days a week. It is top notch for stretching and muscle strengthening full body. Being a paraplegic for going on 3 decades and a walking one it’s the real deal. Peace.

But it really depends on the surgery. You might heal fast. Old birds growing weed.
