Fun with hole diggin

I think it was either last year or the year before, there was a huge migration of Painted Lady Butterflies coming through Cali from Mexico. There were literally millions of them. People were stopping their cars to see what was going on because it blackened out the skies while they were flying through. Strangest thing was right as they were flying through our neighborhood, my neighbor passed away. I’ve always associated butterflies with souls who have passed. I thought it was sort of a magical moment to pass over.

The space monkey is in jars. It has a great, sweet, fruity smell to it. I will hopefully have a tester dry tomorrow.

There is some sort of scientific or psychological effect we need to investigate going on here. Every time I trim a bud up for a picture, I do a damn good job. Then after the picture, I always wonder what the hell I was thinking or seeing because it’s not near as good as I thought!

Looks good from where I am sitting. Of course you have needed physiological testing for years…lol

Regardless of how it looks, the smoke is what matters.

Badger what was your rinse process? Nice thread btw!

That’s a huge compliment, thank you sir.

I used a plain rinse, lemon juice/baking soda, separate rinse bucket. I saw no bud rot at all, so I didn’t want to waste my time with hydrogen peroxide.

How much lemon juice/baking soda did you use in the 5 gallon bucket? I need to do this with my next outdoor grow.

1 cup of each. I washed some this morning and every time I look in the bottom of the bucket or watch the water color change, I’m glad I did it.

Edit : next year I plan to have larger containers, so I don’t break the long branches washing. I’m thinking medium trash cans maybe.
