How much smell comes from the box? Is there some kind of way you mask or cover the smell for shipping?

Because the clones are in veg, they give off very little smell. They are put into a custom made box to secure the plant and ensure no damage to the clone during the shipping process. That box is placed in a larger and thicker box meant for shipping. The shipping box is sealed from the outside using tape. When they leave our facility, the box just smells like cardboard.
The box is discrete and the only thing on the outside of it is the shipping label. If for any reason a box is intercepted and opened, there is paperwork documenting that the plant is below the legal limit of THC at the time of shipment. There is also a UPS form filled out that explains the legitimacy and legality of the shipment.
Even in states where THC products are illegal, it is legal to ship and receive these plants because they are legally classified as hemp (at the time of shipment) which is nationally legal under a farm bill that was passed is 2020.

That can happen in general, but for these specific cuts the main difference is going to be the bud structure. #1 has flowers that are longer and skinnier whereas, #2 has shorter and fatter buds. #2 also gets a little darker and denser as well as having longer leaves coming out of the flower itself. They are both hybrids and they lean just a tiny bit to the indica side. The plants don’t get short and squatty like most indicas tho. When grown properly, they can get pretty tall and bushy depending on how you prune and top them.

We flowered out this strain last season and I preferred #1’s buds. Growing wise I’m not sure which would be easier.

Here is how they come packaged @UnholyFire There was absolutely no smell coming from the box They are double-boxed, the box holding the clones is a nice thick cardboard… It was a plain box with no way of telling what was inside.
@Sun-Clone I bought two more clones as a send-off for you. I added
9 Lb.Hammer and Purple Queen to my next flower run.
