PM and mites are both easily treated. Part of my protocol is to give all new plants a dip in garden soap and micronized sulfur powder. Gets rid of mites and PM. I Haven’t seen any PM since I started doing that to my plants. I mix up a gallon of garden soap and add 4 tablespoons of the sulfur powder, then I flip the plants upside down and give them a dip right after I give the bucket a good stir. Dipping instead of spraying gets the entire plant soaked for any mites, and also leaves a coating of sulfur all over the plant. Spraying with a tablespoon of sulfur per quart (plus some garden soap as a surfactant) does seem to give a better coating of the sulfur, but I haven’t had any issues.

Great advise. I’ve never had it. I always redundantly treat and scope even if the scope is clean.

i think its a given i probably missed a spot spraying and cross contaminated removing the sulfur after.
how it got there i dont know but gonna walk by the outdoor plants in work clothes sometimes man cant strip butt naked til getting inside :joy:
also yes resistent mildew is probably just cross contamination.

I have my clones away from my flowering tent. I havent noticed anything wrong with them yet. How long does it take to show up?

They are growing great. The Lemon Betty is really taking off. After I unboxed them, I inspected them with a magnifying glass and scope looking for bugs. I then took them outside and sprayed them off with a hose. Then dried them with a fan in my Garage before putting them under lights.

With the rain we have been getting the last two weeks and the high temperatures, humidity in my tent and basement at night with the air off spikes to 70%. If I have spores they are going to grow,

I am so glad I got gun shy on my full cart and never checked out. Sorry to all that got sent PM, that really sucks.

I had some serious red flags pop up in my head based on their website, their price and finally, dudes “last day to pursue his dreams….”

Well does anyone know of a good place to order clones to be shipped to illegal states? I mean if it’s technically hemp…

I ended up tossing everything also, lesson learned.

I realize most are just going to jump to conclusions but I was really just thinking the Oregon diesel seems very PM-resistant so far, and the purple queens were not.

The Black Dog is the lone remaining healthy looking clone as the PQs and now the OD have septoria (I guess). I don’t know many details on it but at first thought that was more troubling to me. Mildew is a normal thing outdoors.

did you see PM show up on yours as well?

edit. the jager clone they sent was they one it showed on, also got the marionberry which never showed PM. she still got to visit the dumpster.

Yeah man, I was thinking it was too good to be true because they had such a wide variety the prices were so low and shipping was included…

Most clean cuts I’ve bought since Covid ran me anywhere around $150 or $200 and typically sellers have me pay overnight shipping which to me is often about $50.

So $200-250 a cut with shipping vs 2 cuts for $98 shipped.

Just like the last time I got ripped off on genetics, if something seems to good to be true it’s not a big deal to be extremely cautious.

Clones have brought me PM, Spider Mites, Aphids, and the like in the past. Now, I stick to the couple friends I know have good gear and I know they take their IPM and genetics as seriously as I do, and I haven’t had anything like that happen since maybe 2012-13.

I had even stopped taking in cuts for years after 2014 maybe til this year especially with the prevalence of HLVD.

I was so excited about @Sun-Clone and I was hoping they’d be possibly an Industry leader in providing quality cuts that aren’t infected at a fair price. But I guess that was asking a bit too much.

I ordered from Prime Cuts in CA. They ship nation wide. I have had my cut in quarantine for three weeks now and all looks good. They are a licensed big dog with a real reputation.

Of course sulfur dips for all incoming plants.

Feel horrible for anyone who wasted time space and money as well.

The dishonesty is almost worse than the wasted time and all.

This industry is full of sharks looking for easy ways to get rich quick.

Sad as I know how great the community is on OG for example…

That really does suck. Guess I won’t order from them this fall. I will drive to P-Town and get some from Archive. What I don’t understand is why someone even if they look good, why you wouldn’t isolate-scope and treat. I will never pay 200.00 250 a clone NEVER. I will always isolate-scope-treat. I’m redundant with this even if the scope is clean multiple times. We do this when we get a cut from a friend. Why would you not do it from a clone seller. Clone sellers should also do their job to insure healthy clones.
