Growin' and Chuckin'

These have been moving passed transplant shock in the 10gal smartpots. Seeing some good growth starting. Middle plant was a little stretchy, so I supercropped it. The others will be staked once they grow 8-10 inches more. There are several dominating plants and only one lagger, and only because it missed a feeding.

How’s it going, brother? It’s legal to grow rec and medical in our state. Had to get something going. Probably be growing and breeding for the rest of my life.:v:

You have a grow here?

The show is about to begin. I’m watching.

I only had two Valley Vixen going and I thought they might be male, but today now made me think otherwise. They’re both freaky big for being so young. I topped them both as well. I hope I have a female. peace

Yeah somebody told me they were large plants. I’ll top em and flop em if needed!

Yes, topping required with those. It’s worth growing a handful and hunting the right traits. They’re all stanky beautiful plants, but for a keeper, you need to find one that throws golf ball sized nugs.

Remember these are f2s. You should see more phenotype variations than I did. I saw many. My friend grew a few f2s last year. What he saw was small yields of extra frosty, super funky garlic buds. He said it was killer weed but not for commercial purposes. I saw pictures and I think it was the first time he grew an OG.

Oh yeah. And I decided to top one more time and veg for another week, possibly two or three. The inner branches need to catch up to the outer branches and put on a little girth before flipping. Triangle Kush is notoriously a low yielding, extra dank OG. Not only will the nugs be more uniform and medium sized, the extra two to three weeks of root development and plant maturity will really pay off in yield.

6 stakes to a pot, each plant having about 25 tops. I’ll thin them out a bit, tomorrow. I may get rid of the stakes and throw in a SCROG setup I built.

Man, those are really nice looking. Very happy girls. Gonna enjoy seeing this one.

I think I got two females from my two Valley Vixen. They were so big I assumed they were male from the start. They’re still in 1 gallon pots but getting up potted when the sun comes back out. We got 7 inches of snow last night with 2 nights below freezing. It was 98 for three days, just two days ago. I’m lucky I didn’t put more in the ground. Three outside are covered and hoping for the best. All the others came inside to go under lights for a couple of days.

I’ll have pics soon. peace

You have to stop right now! You’re enabling all these strainaholics! :joy:

Honestly though, Im getting ready to setup a 4x4, and you have a great thread full of ideas to learn from. Thanks for sharing your grow. Beautiful buds by the way.

We got about 5 inches here, but it’s all melted, except north facing slopes on the foothills. Way to early but always a welcome sight. Can’t wait to see your f2’s! Hopefully some heaters!
