I have General Hydroponics Trio flora series nutrients and up until this point Ive just been using a pipette to measure them but I am at the point where my pipette is no longer long enough to reach the nutrient in the bottle. and I was wondering if theres an easier way to measure them out
I use to use a measured 10ML baby syringe before I moved to Jacks. You can find them in the pharmacy section of supermarkets.
A scale for me
so I mean I am using more or less that just like the one that looks like a mini turkey baster. but its not very long. I guess I could just tip the bottle tho
Think you may be looking for a graduated cylinder
Why not just get a set of beakers to pour into?
hmmm thats an idea.
I had also thought about using a soap pump but I tried measuring it and it didnt put out a consistent amount per pump
Attached a piece of surgical tubing to reach the bottom.
They make little medicine dosing cups you can use when your syringe no longer works.
Ask your pharmacist.
I measure by palms.
The full palm
The half palm.
The meh I dropped some, full palm was too much palm.
Get errr done.
Royal cubit is 4 palms, so a four finger lid is a quarter once.
I math good.
I use Technaflora and no overthinking so use a measuring cup, I keep it simple it’s not rocket science…
I had the same problem using my 3ml pipettes. So, I bought some 10ml pipettes and they are long enough to reach almost to the bottom of my quart bottles of Fox Farms nutes.
I use a bunch of 60ml syringes. I just have a plastic cup for each of the 3 GH bottles. Pour into the cup, use the syringe, pour excess back into the bottles. That’s what works for me anyway.
I use my ec/ppm meter
Ppm
That way u can get all you addives an nutes where u want them
These things are convenient for sure
hey dude these are extremely handy at the brewery.

I have some containers from another brand that I pour into when I can’t reach. I don’t like the mess from pouring into the measured shot glass I used to use. I have them labeled and fill as need to reach with my syringes.
