Wow a 5 year felony for 1/4 oz of hash not purchased from a retail facility…WTF??
And a $125,000 fine…holy hell man!
Some folks call that legalization.
Let’s just say I have a different view.
You are good if you buy it at a retail shop though…WTF???
That to me just says it is all good as long as you buy it from me.
haha, for a split secound i was thinking, this reminds me of Foodplants, there are only a few strains allowed to be sold in supermarkets, and the people providing and breeding this few select Strains are mostly the big companies…
wondering who will be providing the source seed that stoners will be allowed to grow.
hmm
on the other hand its really the clubs and homegrowers that will be allowed to grow the certified bud (endproduct). im just not good in thinking bad of other people be it politicans…
you know. im not good in that…
It has been a while since 2014 but I am pretty sure they had a spray back then.
Who knows what they have now.
edit:
Apperantly it is still a thing.
The New York-based Applied DNA Sciences wants to differentiate between state-compliant and illicit market cannabis by spraying DNA tracking tags on the plants, but some advocates are concerned about regulatory overreach and safety.
Be careful saying that round here you could get flamed for such a statement.
I had a bunch of folks come into my thread telling me I was crazy.
This was exactly what I said…
“To over simplify things, THC and CBD work together to cancel each other out.”
For the record I agree with you.
That is horribly tragic Last year. I thought I was having a heart attack on my own gummy "two hours later I ate a bucket of macaroni salad. I can’t imagine what a kid thinks that is happening when they don’t even know it is cannabis. Scary shit.
sprayed DNA tags onto plants says your link.
A tiny bit overregulated.
For us they plan to check the clubs unnanounced, and plantnumber weight and such must be written down from the growers. I hope that stays an analoge pencil and paper. lol
