How many Plants are so allowed in US ? Trying to figure out wich amount of restriction leads to USAs diversity

Your average consumer does not care. These things are only interesting to a certain type of nerd perhaps like you or me.

i think i hear you. but its the same process… its the process that the most demanded stuff gets offered… at your place its now the quest for og-sativa… here its more a couchlock brainfuck stinky request… thats all you get.

And nothing besides it is offered

on the other hand, im not shure how many of them have “forgotten” what they never had, they never had an outstanding highclass hybrid or heirloom or landrace…

i think that, because from the older generation, many many instantly agree if i tell i dont smoke todays weed strains…
so, the older Generation had something quiet different be it the 70s, 80s, or 90s stuff… and they quiet often find it better then todays stuff… They know something that todays people dont… and 50 percent of them want the old stuff back.(often they anyway dont smoke nomore) , and the other 50 percent of old stoners find todays stuff better.

Yeah. A lot of people seem to get same effects with whatever cannabis they consume. Whether indica, sativa or hybrid. I think some people are more sensitive and hence here we are talking about cannabis that smells like how a mushroom pizza fresh out of the oven tastes like. The effects are right in the top left of the brain unlike headband etc etc

How would anyone know what the difference is until they read and get some knowledge and do some growing to have a better understanding of what they could really have from their own efforts. Todays grower has a lot of knowledge and information at their finger tips because of the internet. Grow gear is off the charts only thing missing is a will and effort to truly see what they could be smoking.

remids me of what @Upstate mentioned lately, that if he smokes mainly hybrids, nothing gets him high, not the hybrids, nor the sativa Landraces… If he however he smokes mainly Sativa Landraces, then Hybrids will get him high, and Sativa Landrace will get him high.

I principially am leaning thowards your theory, that most people really cant percieve a difference…
but i think it could be because their receptors are kinda blocked from overflooding Receptors with subpar hybrid stinky weeds…
Whatever is in stinky hybrids that might have this effect, it might explain atleast some of the peoples oppinion that weedquality doesent matter much.

In any case… Im almost starting to like the enforcemt of Catalogue Strains, may their “smooth nuances” empty the peoples Receptors, or may it show them the differnt strains they didnt know.
Im not saying im cheering about that Catalogue, but atleast in theory, it could bring more old heirlooms into circulation wich is quiet interesting…but i think ill rather reproduce my strains in michigan, lol

This makes sense to me. I have been vaping ice cream cake live resin cart for 2-3 months straight and it never failed to work. A few days ago i got a Purple Cream Cake live resin cart to see if it would do the same. It has 5% myrcene naturally. Some crazy myrcene pheno. Now the regular ICC doesn’t do it for me like it did. I’m guessing ill have to stop using the purple cream cake. So many cannabinoids all fighting for eachother and actively changing the system in the brain could be happening.

temporarly changing receptors…
also: Snowhighseeds once said CBD containing Bud smoked the same day, or week, or even Month will change the longflowering Sativas Effect alot.
It might be different compounds causing those changes,
However, CBD is known to lower the high, might it have to do with cbd the most… ? …

It’s strange, in that it goes both ways. I’ve been smoking the sativas, and hybrids don’t do anything for me. Not much effect. A slight relaxation I guess. And vice versa for most weed. For some reason Oaxaca gets everyone high, no matter the tolerance.
Maybe Viet Black is the same. I didn’t share enough of it to know for sure lol.

Yep, for being a state that decriminalized possession in 1986

They don’t fuck around with high illegal limits. Especially making large amounts of extracts illegally for retail black market. Manufacturing is manufacturing. They will lock your ass up and bury you under the prison. :grimacing:
You also can’t grow if you have minors in the house. Outdoor grows can’t be in view by the public from thoroughfare.

asinine that people with kids cant grow, that’s a brutal fact of many state’s laws right now

we don’t have everything right in Virginia, but this is pretty straightforward and reasonable to me:

B. A person who cultivates marijuana for personal use pursuant to this section shall:

  1. Ensure that no marijuana plant is visible from a public way without the use of aircraft, binoculars, or other optical aids;

  2. Take precautions to prevent unauthorized access by persons younger than 21 years of age; and

  3. Attach to each marijuana plant a legible tag that includes the person’s name, driver’s license or identification number, and a notation that the marijuana plant is being grown for personal use as authorized under this section.

Any person who violates this subsection is subject to a civil penalty of no more than $25. The penalty for any violations of this section by an adult shall be prepayable according to the procedures in § 16.1-69.40:2.

People here grow with minors in the home. They just keep it on the down low. They grow indoors and not out. Generations of growers in families. Teach them how to garden. Cannabis has been decriminalized so long here. Most minors its a boring subject. Gramps and Great gramps has been growing around them since they were a wipper.
I think the extract law is understandable. I can’t imagine the terror a child goes through that happens to eat a 100MG gummie. :grimacing:
I will share my gummies with my friends. I tell them every time. Lock these in your safe. I never want to hear that a child got a hold of these.

i wrote the healthministers an email-
i decided to tell em to measure by Squarefeet instead of plantcount…
in some way i see even positives in this almost weird Catalogue idea, and it represents very well some positive Sides to legalisation, that even the Enimy would understand and agree.
So i just pleaded for the squarefeet Measurement …

a kid died last year just south of DC in Virginia. ate a pack of edibles, parents were afraid to go
to ER, kept him home until it was too late. If they would have brought the kid when they figured it out kid woulda been fine. heartbreaking story

Dont fool yourself folks.
This may be coming to a town near you.
All you ever hear is they want to stamp out the black market.

If they wanted to they could track every single legal plant in the usa.
If it is not properly marked you will go to jail.
Sure they want you to buy everything from them.
I would too.
You make some real money that way… no competition…
If they want to track your plants they will track them.
If they are not marked they are black market plants.
This is likely coming soon to the USA.
I tried to tell folks about this in 2014.
This is from 2014.
