Outside bugs seem to focus on the weak and diseased plants. Sometimes it’s the plant sometimes it is the soil making it sick or weak. But if you trap bugs in a room with healthy plants and zero options they will go after what they can. Rather than solely focus on the bugs already in there you need a way to not let them in ideally. Ditch the soil bleach the room, and screen.
They are getting in there somehow.

if youre in veg, hit them with abamectin (1/4 tsp per gallon) 2 or 3 times in 5 to 7 days interval. in between abamectin you can apply spinosad (always with 5 to 7 days interval between either application). after that, while flowering you can just spray water with h202 to repel, but that should be enough.
