If what we sent you was mangled

The above is true but the money has to come from somewhere.

Why is it private shipping companies can be profitable but the USPS can’t? The economics have to make sense for the long term sustainability of well anything.

It sucks to have beans damaged no matter the situation, I was just trying to suggest that I feel poor
management is not helping the service.

NOT Going to ASK again, PLEASE stop the politic banter on our thread!!!
I’m usually really nice, and very quiet about things-- but Y’all been taking advantage of that lately…so I’m being blunt.
It is against the site rules, @LemonadeJoe JUST got done posting about this , and you are Hijacking our thread!
Thank you!

I can understand your frustration with the situation regarding the mishandling of your mail by the postal staff. It’s frustrating when important instructions are not followed, leading to potential damage or issues with your cards.

To address this issue, here are a few steps you can consider taking:

  1. Document the issue: Take photos of any damaged mail or cards that were mishandled. This documentation can be useful when communicating with the USPS and providing evidence of the problem.

  2. Contact USPS customer service: Reach out to USPS customer service to report the issue and provide them with the relevant details, such as the date of mailing, specific instructions given, and the names of the individuals you spoke with at the post office. They should be able to assist you in filing a complaint or addressing the mishandling of your mail.

  3. Follow up with the Postmaster: If you haven’t already, continue to communicate with the Postmaster regarding the situation. Express your concerns and provide any documentation or evidence you have gathered. The Postmaster should have a better understanding of the situation and may offer solutions or further investigation.
