Welcome Aboard @snotinho !!! You’re in the right place my friend. There is alot of options for you with lights and ventilation. I will say the smaller the space the harder it is to keep them happy. I would recommend going with an adjustable LED light. That way you can control the power as needed. This will also help with heat ect. They would most likely be no need for insulation as typically you’re trying to dissipate as much heat as possible. You can definitely get a good amount of air circulating through the cabinet with just a few computer fans. AC infinity makes these various power levels fairly inexpensive. I would say 100 and 200 W light would be more than enough. Just make sure it’s adjustable. Ventilation would be fairly easy. An intake down low. And extraction Fan set high on the cabinet.
